Mon séjour à l'hôtel a été absolument parfait. La chambre était d'un confort exceptionnel et propre. Chaque matin, le petit-déjeuner était un véritable délice, avec une large sélection de produits frais et savoureux. Le service était impeccable, avec un personnel toujours attentif, courtois et prêt à répondre à toutes mes demandes. L'emplacement de l'hôtel ne pouvait pas être meilleur, idéalement situé à proximité des transports en commun, tout en étant dans un quartier calme. J'ai également apprécié les petites attentions qui ont rendu mon séjour encore plus agréable. En résumé, tout était parfait et je recommande vivement cet hôtel
le seul point négatif c'est que nous avons du attendre 2 fois pour prendre le petit déjeuner. Je trouve ca un peu limite sachant que nous avons pris le petit déjeuner a plusieurs horaire différentes. En tant que client de l'hôtel avec formule petit déjeuner je pense que nous devrions êtres prioritaire sur le petit déjeuner. Sinon je n'ai rien d'autre à dire en point négatif.

The overall experience at the Rosewood hotel is amazing, should you just visit for dinner and drinks or stay overnight.
I was charged £671.54 at reception when the agreed Booking.com rate was £544.32p. The over charge included an additional 5% rooms service charge which I was not made aware of. This is the second occasion I have been charged more that the agreed Booking.com rate at reception. The rates anomaly should be reviewed and addressed.

Beautiful charming building. Good location.
Didnt feel luxurious for the price point. A few finer details were missed such as efficient customer service as I had to ring service 3 times over two hours for bath towels as the cleaner didnt leave any. Food at brekky was tasteless but the waiters were excellent.
Bedroom was comfortable but the door closing is so loud you can hear it at the end of the corridor.
Honestly, i experienced greater customer service a 4 star hotel at a much lower price point.

I liked the location.
The lack of pillow types was disappointing, considering the expected standard and cost of this property.The pillows were all down and very soft and very uncomfortable. When I asked for firmer pillows it took over an hour and a second call to check I hadn’t been forgotten about. The “pillows” arrived, I wondered if it was a joke. It was some sort of foam folded in half and stuffed into a pillowcase. NOT A PILLOW.
The amenities in the room were not replenished. This was most noticeable on day 2 of our stay. There was only one sanitary bag, which I hoped would be replaced daily. Soap wasn’t replaced, when it was clear it was being used. Tea and sugar weren’t replaced over the duration of our stay.
The English Breakfast tea was terrible, on all occasions each time we had breakfast. The tea quality was incredibly disappointing, especially since there really isn’t a reason it should have been of poor quality.
The cleanliness of the room and passage, the carpets were dirty in the room when we checked in, and still had items and food debris from the previous occupant of the room. The passages had red stains at various points and was unacceptable considering the expected standard and cost of the property.

Check in was great - the staff are very friendly and welcoming from the lovely man on the door to the reception staff.
The room was a double double for a family of 4, it was quite small with a small bathroom but had everything we needed. The room was very nice, just not very memorable and the beds could have been bigger!
The children loved it and were well catered for. They got a passport on check in to get stamps on and then got given a free movie night with popcorn. They got mini dressing gowns and slippers to use which they loved and also given a drawing book and crayons and a small fluffy toy (which they were delighted with). There were delicious cookies in the room on arrival and some fruit.
It is a lovely hotel in a great location and I would stay here again.
It was the London Marathon weekend so hotels seemed expensive, we paid £760 which didn't include breakfast. They added on a service charge of £38 which hadn't been expected. A la carte breakfast for 4 was another £100 and our room service dinner was £200. They charge service for room service plus £5 extra for delivery so it quickly adds up and we ended up spending £1100 which seemed a lot for one night and a dinner with no drinks!

Everything, from arriving to leaving, everything. The staff were superb, the attention to detail in the bedroom, the laying out of slippers at the side of the bed. Breakfast was excellent. Will be back
