We were travelling with 2 small children and few bags and we couldn't park the car in the hotel parking spaces because it was full. We had to make several trips from the lobby where we left the bags to the room because we couldn't carry everything at once and although the staff was right there they just look at us in silence, with their mouth open. Very unhelpful staff.

Now they have discounted parking at a covered garage a couple blocks toward the station. Checkin is hassle free. Staff are helpful.

Bathrooms are kinda old. Pillows are hard.

The hotel was nice. Especially the pillow was very suitable for me, so I could sleep in peace. And I was also delighted to see a crane on the bed. I caught a glimpse of founder’s philosophy, thank you

I got what I expected: a small room with a bed, wifi connection, and shower/bath. Good sleep, quiet, clean, well maintained, no hassles apart from bicycle parking being an open and unattended lot. This being Japan, it wasn’t a major concern, and my bike was waiting for me in the morning. Good value if you don’t expect much.

The hotel is right outside the station, so it is very easy to get to. Also, there are many places to eat food around the hotel. There are large TVs in the rooms and a full bathroom.

There is very little room between the desk and the bed, so you cannot really sit comfortably at the desk if you want to eat, or do something at the desk.

Staff were not very friendly or helpful, parking expensive if you have a car, bed hurt my back
