Lokatie hotel centraal gelegen , vlakbij nogal drukke weg , bushalte dichtbij , Op 15 min loopafstand van bezienswaardigheden en 30 min van historisch gedeelte van Valencia

Airco werkte niet , warm op de kamer en slapen met raam open lukte niet door lawaai op drukke weg . Lavabo liep niet door . Deze fouten staan reeds eerder op de recensies vermeld maar blijven onaangepast ... Er is ook een welness maar voor de massage moet je gekleed en met schoenen naar beneden , geen kamerjas of slippers op de kamer , dat had handiger geweest .

The room service was not avalible without any advise. The bar also closed and not even possible to get a coffe after dinner. No boiler or coffe in the room. The cleaning lady enter no matter if you put the sign on the door. The room has a lot of lights cause the courtains are old and too short. A bit noisy , windows are not great and you can hear the car

Las habitaciones son estupendas, tanto por su diseño como por su amplitud. El baño era comodísimo y la ducha muy amplia. Además, estás a dos pasos tanto de la ciudad de las artes y las ciencias como del transporte público para ir a otras zonas de la ciudad.

La insonorización de la habitación, no tanto con el pasillo o las habitaciones de al lado, que también porque se escuchaba toda la noche el hilo musical como con la calle, se escuchaba absolutamente todo desde una planta tercera, deberían mejorar el aislamiento de los cristales.

Super nice and kind staff. Clean spaces. Well connected with the main attractions and the beach. Great accomodations, I totally recommend it if you got family.

The staff were helpful. The room was clean. The restaurant was lovely.

The car parking was hidden and we wasted a lot of time in the busy afternoon traffic as we could see the hotel but couldn't stop with car to ask. At 4am we were woken by noisy people getting to their room beside ours and on the lift and the hotel should have been aware as they passed by reception that they were being noisy. The curtains allowed the lighting of the shopping centre to filter in to the room at night.

Having stayed at this hotel 4 turns this was definitely a shocking difference to my previous experiences. The air conditioning has been changed to a singular system so the room tempteture was really low. When I took a thermometer of the room ten it was 27 degree inside and most days were 30 a in 33 degrees outside - absolutely awful. Called reception 3 times did ring the night for anyone to come up and look at the room. Very uncomfortable for me and my 6 year old son The toilet handle broke 1 day in Reception wouldn’t book a taxi for us despite me asking them to charge it to the room when we were stranded in Valencia city - resulting in us having to catch a bus and have a civilian help guide us back to the hotel. Really really poor service this is my final stay at this hotel.

Staff super helpful, beds were so comfortable. Straight across the road from a shopping centre. Lots of good food options just around the corner. Fell ill during my stay and everyone there couldn't have been more helpful.

the female reception staff were sbrupt and unhelpful i booked a double bed and got twin beds they said we could change rooms but only if we checked out first waited 4 hrs and then dis check in all over again v poor! location was not great needed to take buses everywhere as v little within walking distance I would Not stay here again

big and spacious rooms, the spa & friendly staff, special mention to María José from the breakfast bar who would take care of my Gluten free intolerance and provide me with toasted GF bread as son as I had a seat.

the bed would move forward moment you seat and lean on the bed back to read a book or watch tv. a kettle in the room would be lovely

The hotel was clean and tidy. The pool was really good and the spa was brilliant and a great value for money. The hotel is 10minutes walk from the metro and then 10minutes on the metro into the centre. The hotel is 5minute walk to the museum of sciences and the aquarium.

They need more sun beds by the pool and toilets out at the pool area.

Very nice and clean hotel with great facilities. Excellent location, just 10 minutes walk from the impressive Ciutat de las Arts. Many restaurants around. Outdoor pool is really appreciated in such a warm city as Valencia. Not very big but usually not overcrowded (I did not try in plain Summer) The Spa is great. It is worth paying 15 € for 90 minutes.

Some details should be improved. AC cannot be controlled from the room, only from reception. Not comfortable !! Wifi connection needs to update every time you come to the hotel. No wifi signal at the swimming pool. Check-in at 4 pm.

Had a fab weekend in Valencia, the rooms are clean and very comfortable. Had dinner in the restaurant one night and food was delicious, The staff were very friendly and helpful. Even though it is situated in a less historic area, it is a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The hop on and hop off bus stop is directly across the road and a great way to see the city. Lovely pool and overall very nice stay

The bathroom misses the basics of earbuds, cotton wipes and a shower cap - the provided shower gel and body lotion are okay.

Room was basic for a four star hotel eg poor quality pillows’- bed was on wheels like a hospital bed but in fairness the maintenance man came up & stabilised it. There were no extras like tissues - also I had to go to a local shop & buy hair conditioner. I found the reception staff a bit condescending which was a pity because there was no information in the room about hotel services- there was reference to a QR code but apparently it wasn’t operational so you had no information about breakfast times/ room service menu etc.

Location was excellent .The Hotel is less than $10 and 15 minutes away from Beach and central areas. Shopping malls and the new architecture is within 200-300m. Felt safe

Hotel advertises a Indoor pool. This is misleading as the pool is attached to SPA and accessible only above 16. One of the reasons to book this hotel was the indoor pool. Hotel must make this clear!!

the hotel is absolutely overrated. there were no tissues in the room, no hair conditioner and some other stuff for 4 stars was missing. the staff doesn’t speak English, and they do not tend to explain everything because this.
