無料のレンタルサイクルはとても 良かったです。 揚げたてのかき揚げ丼がとても おいしかったです。 朝食時、1人の女性スタッフ（ベテランさん？） の心配りにとても感動いたしました！ 明るく、ハキハキした様子はとても 心地よく、清々しい朝を迎える事が できました。 職種は違いますが、同じサービス業 として、とても良い経験でした！ 有り難う御座いました。

施設面で、部屋のバストイレに段差があり、 車椅子ユーザーをもつ家族として、 使い辛さを感じました。

ロケーションが彦根駅の近くでアクセスしやすい。大浴場から彦根城が見えるのも素晴らしい体験でした。お土産屋さんが併設されてあちこち行かなくても色々と買えたのもよかったです。

Location was great. Staff were very nice. Room and whole hotel were very clean. Breakfast had a nice variety and the gift shop is cute and well stocked.

I think the smaller rooms could use a bit more rennovation I wish there were a few more fancy rooms that were a reasonable price. Also they should keep a lounge, cafe space open between meals in the restaurants, and the drinks, snacks etc. available should be more variety. The lounge on bath floor is nice but would also be great to have a bar to order from if you want sometning more than the free drinks... Need ice machines at the vending machine area. ASlso since check out is 11am seems like breakfast could be last order at 10 instead of 9:30

Outdated facilities

The location is good and facility very clean.

Our trip experience was not good at all. We arrived in the afternoon and asked about the restaurant in the hotel. They informed the opening hours and that we can walk in anytime. So this is what we did around 7pm and the staff at the restaurant told us we need a reservation ... The staff never told us we would need a reservation and we could just walk-in. As a result we walked outside to find a place to eat, but at this period of the year at 7:30pm everything is closed. We g back and ask if even the restaurant can fix us scrambled eggs at least to have something eaten before going to bed. It was a no answer. Very disappointed.

Fantastic location right across from entrance to castle with great views from rooms on the castle side - it was especially fun to see the castle lit up at night from our room. Walking distance to everything. Lovely staff. Large buffet breakfast with Japanese and western options. Spa services were outstanding.

The onsen was wonderful and there was a free drink for each guest in the evening. The location was a stone's throw away from Hikone Castle and not very far from the station (we also utilized the free shuttle bus on our departure!) Breakfast selection was very good. There was also a very expansive gift shop attached to the hotel where you could stock up on Hikonyan goods :3

Unfortunately even booking a few months out, all the 2+ people rooms were out of our budget, so we had to book 4x single rooms, but the hotel made sure to give us rooms as close as possible.
