many young people talking loudly in the hallway at dawn, loud music all night.

The reception staff was really nice The buyer made it is also super friendly and professional.
The pool view is amazing even The small Seaview that we have from the rooms. Location is perfect for those who want some peace from loud music from the party area
The pool inside, and the Jacuzzi were dirty, it’s a shame that they don’t take care of it, as well as the rest of the hotel, which is clean. so it’s a bit surprising.
A smaller the detail the housekeeping entered in my room while I was sleeping twice, even if I put the non-disturb button

We requested a double bed if available but we got two single beds which was no issue at all, but the bed sheets, pillow cases and quilt were way smaller than the bed/pillow size.
It was not very comfortable to sleep because as soon as we got in the bed the mattress was showing from the top, left and right and the quilt could not cover our feet.
Also there were not many sun-beds for everyone so many guests had been leaving their towels on the sun beds from the night before and did not come to the pool until the next afternoon. We had to wait in our room until there was a sun-bed available in order to use the pool.

There was a massive leak in our room coming from the fridge but after calling the reception no maintenance came to fix it. they only offer us towels to mop the floor and we had to go to the reception to pick them.

The pool area was really nice and quiet. Great pool. Very nice room too. Great location and really good price.
The only adjustment I would suggest is to install better light in the bathroom. It was very dark. Maybe add also some shade to the restaurant terrace/balcony. So guests can eat outside. Otherwise it's too hot in the morning, but the space itself is really nice. We didn't get asked for our Vaccine Passes during check in.

Rooms are nice, good size, comfortable bed. Good location.
Food on breakfast and pool is very average, coctails in the pool bar are awful (pina colada with water and whipped cream instead of coconut liquer, etc.). Rooms with direct access to the pool are in basement and it is not main pool but small canal for several rooms. Water in pool on first day was not clear and there was smell.
You need to pay deposit for pool towel, iron.
