Hôtel abordable par rapport aux prix de Santorin. Nous avons pris la chambre pour 4 (lit double en bas et mezzanine avec un lit double), propre et agréable. Le personnel est aux petits soins et s'assure que vous êtes bien, avec beaucoup de gentillesse. La piscine, sans être très grande, est agréable, et les transats confortables et protégés du soleil (voir le "mais" dans la partie "moins apprécié). Le petit déjeuner au Soul by Splash (20m à côté, c'est là qu'on prend le petit déjeuner inclus dans la chambre) est très complet et bon. Juste un peu surprenant, les plats arrivent les uns après les autres, on a été surpris. Il est vrai qu'on aurait pu demander à notre arrivée, je vous le conseille de le faire si vous avez des contraintes personnelles sur la nourriture (j'ai vu un commentaire extrêmement négatif sur le sujet, très largement exagéré, il suffit de demander ...). Le personnel est très agréable, et nous a autorisé à utiliser les transats sur la plage gracieusement pour une heure (normalement facturés 10 euros la journée).

La piscine n'est pas très grande, et les matelas ne sont pas très nombreux (en même temps, il serait difficile d'en ajouter plus). En soit, ce n'est pas vraiment un problème, sauf que ... Si vous avez "la chance" de tomber sur quelques familles qui squattent la piscine toute la journée, en considérant que c'est leur terrain privé, et bien vous pouvez oublier la piscine : les transats sont "réservés" par ces gens sans considération et aucun civisme. Ils se permettent de laisser un membre de leur famille (sur 7) pour garder les transats avec les serviettes dessus, et disparaitre 2 heures pour déjeuner. Avec mon épouse, on s'est permis de retirer 2 serviettes pour s'installer, ce qui nous a valu les insultes de la gamine de 16 ans restée sur place. On est resté droit dans nos bottes (et sur nos transats vaillamment arrachés à l'ennemi), et quand ils sont revenus du déjeuner, après certes quelques regards étonnés et commentaires en sous-main, ils ont quand même eu la décence de nous laisser tranquilles, les prémices d'un remord et d'un retour à un civisme tellement absent de nos jours ? ... La chambre en duplex pour 4 reste à mon avis trop petite pour un long séjour. On n'est resté qu'une nuit car on avait notre avion le lendemain, donc pas de souci de notre côté, mais on ne se serait pas vu resté plus de 2 nuits. Les avions ! Certes l'hôtel n'y est pour rien, et on le savait en réservant à Kamari. Mais sachez que ça commence à 7h du matin, et se termine vers 1h du matin, avec un avion toutes les 15 min en moyenne. Donc à vous de voir : si vous recherchez une station balnéaire avec restaurants et commerces, et que vous vous accommodez des avions, Kamari reste un endroit à prix raisonnable pour Santorin. A titre personnel, à refaire, et même pour une nuit, j'aurais réservé de l'autre côté de l'ile, au sud, où on peut trouver d'autres logements très abordables.

There is no doubt the drawing of the rooms are beautiful, and the women who maintain the upkeep of the rooms are amazing, and wonderful I cannot fault that at all they are top notch in design and how they are made beautiful daily for you… thank you ladies you made my stay.

Lots unfortunately ☹️ It got more and more Breakfast… stunning place down the way… no information advice on what you are served and yes I mean served… no info, no conversation, no choice Beautiful if you are happy to be totally unaware of what’s force fed to you at your table.. bread and cake great if that’s your thing for breakfast (families with children… don’t want this … their children do their parents don’t!) next it’s a something else and another something ?!? I have no clue because no one told me what it was or even if I eat it… and I don’t …wasted food and not anything I can or would eat, pretty but not food I can enjoy! Next eggs scrambled and bacon… I don’t eat bacon… and it’s on top of my eggs and I didn’t get to choose type of eggs and you get a teeny bit of toast. Again lovely if you eat it, but not if you can’t or don’t .. and that shouldn’t have to be allergy reason. Family with teens next to me … struggling to feed their teens too because of lack of choice …asked for chocolate spread for bread “nope not today” was their reply ?!? No one knew what was on offer to them and non of it was matching to our personal wants… Then a lemon pie what more cake/sweet desert sugary yuck at breakfast (I’m trying to be polite but it’s a dessert for an evening meal not a breakfast) No fresh fruit, or yogurt or just simple toast My coffee orders as I sat was not brought till four other tables came in after me and they all got their multiple drinks orders Mine was 5 mins before they arrive and only a black coffee How hard can that be? I was choking on some bread and asked for water please… coughing lots, and couldn’t talk much because of this… asked for water please They poured their own in front if me at the bar as I was coughing and they told me they’d bring it No concern till other customers started to look at me and I had to ask again. I was coughing lots and lots.

We have had the best holiday staying at Kalya suites. Savvas and his lovely wife gave us a warm welcome and all the information about the location/trips we can book etc.. showed to our room which was gorgeous and very clean! Every morning breakfast of your choice is delivered to your balcony, which was a perfect start to the day. Honestly all the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and lovely, they also helped us arrange a sunset boat cruise and hire a car which were highlights of our holiday! Plus sorting out airport transfers which was really helpful. The hotel is seconds away from the beach, shops and restaurant & bars, you’ll be spoilt for choice. We found it a perfect location as it’s so easy to get around the island to visit other towns (which can be a lot more expensive!!) and so close to the airport. Thank you so much for the best holiday, we really hope to be back soon ❤️

It says for adults only but there was a children in the pool and we don’t like it We were on vacation from children, but we surprised during our stay in the hotel that there were children in the pool, and this thing disturbed us !

Very close to beach and restaurants, nice clean pool. Accommodating staff.

Had to carry cases up steps. No blind on bathroom window, so light came straight into bed. Steep stairs up to second bedroom that had curved ceilings, kept hitting head and had to go down them at night for bathroom.

Breakfast choices were superb, plentiful and always delicious every morning. The pool area was right outside our door, and perfect for taking our little boy whilst we had the ground floor room. Everything was within a stone throw, a local supermarket, restaurants, the beach. Food at Kalya was amazing too; whilst we couldn’t be bothered to pop out for lunch some days. Staff couldn’t do more to accommodate our stay, and were all round lovely. We had a massage arranged in our room, and helped us book a sunset boat trip too.
