Excellent location, with great view of Taal lake from the balcony/upper room. Courteous and hospitable staff, who readily accommodate our requests. Good wifi connection, water supply and heater, as well as functional electric kettle, mini fridge and tv with cable service. Decent breakfast fare and complimentary bottled water.

In our assigned standard room, the aircon unit was quite noisy, and there was a foul smell coming from the bathroom drain despite the installed exhaust fan. Cigarette smoke/odor reaches our room through the open windows. Suggest that a smoking area far from the rooms be designated.

needs updating. too worn out. towels and sheets are old.

The staffs are nice and accomodating. It's clean and near to the restaurants.

staff forgot to set up the banner I request for the birthday of one of the guests room did not have any window for a view better to have placed 2 queen size beds instead of 1 king and 1 single bed

I like there beds and comfort room its clean and the view is amazing.

The aircon on our room didnt make me sleep because some water came out of it and it wets my our bed. But i manage to care of it by covering it with the curtains.

spacious family room. a/c cold temp was good. staff are very welcoming. brekkie was good. coffee is not good.

tv audio not working. dripping water from ceiling onto the sofa (which they replaced/corrected with apologies).

The staff are very accommodating. They made us feel home. We arrived before check-in time but they accepted us,ade us comfortable, and they even gave us free food for lunch. This is very recommendable. Love to go back there to escape the buzzling city and I will definitely stay there again for long ❤

Food is okay. You only got 4 choices.

We stayed at Room 3 which was supposed to be the Standard Double Room. I expected so much for that room because of the reviews. I think it was just their Budget room. No cabinets, slippers were given in a later time (Day 2, evening), room needs improvement and there's a lot of bugs and mosquito. I think I'll just go back to our usual hotel which is more inexpensive and presentable.

location is great, staff were friendly.

place is rundown. its either you upgrade your pictures or repair your place. first day we got there and the staff have a manicure/pedicure session on the place. i dont think your supposed to be doing that while working.
