Lo único bueno que tiene este hotel es es servicio de traslado incluido al aeropuerto.

La habitación muy incómoda, camas duras, alfombra de piso y cortinas llenas de polvo. El Hotel es terrible.

Great place only ten minutes from the airport and offers a free shuttle bus service there and back. Stayed here one night for our layover and it had everything we needed for an overnight stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The only issue I can really think is that there was a weird smell in the reception area but this wasn't much of a bother.

It was a simple and basic hotel, very small by western standards but normal for Japan, , it served the purpose after a long flight

The location is just 3-5 minutes to the train station. The staff explained clearly the rules with fluent english while staying in the hotels. Simple meal is provided. Clean room. Furthermore, they provide free shuttle bus to the airport. It is fantastic that can up save some transportation cost.

The booking was very easy staff very friendly & given very clear information about facilities, shuttle service & near cafes & other services. The down stairs was clean & comfortable. Morning was efficient b/fast service & shuttle service we’ll organised. Hotel room small though covered all U required. So fine ok stay.

Nothing really was needed maybe slightly better Wi-Fi connection but not really much of issue.

It has everything I needed. I wanna go there again.

Slow communication on confirming shuttle.

The staff were very helpful generally, including handling our baggage before we arrived. They made it very clear how we could get the shuttle from the hotel to the airport the next day. There was no need for a queueing system like other hotels, you booked your slot and could get on without worry.

I am transiting in Tokyo and stayed for one night, and they have shuttle to and from Haneda.

I was given a room which was definitely had someone smoking or possibly a smoking floor. Was lucky that there was room available in a non-smoking floor and the staffs were kind enough to move me to a non-smoking room/floor.

Just10 minutes from Haneda airport. Like the pickup and dropoff service from the airport.

Very well located and easy to find. They have a free shuttle service to the airport, breakfast was included, facilities were very clean, bed comfortable and the staff even spoke a little English! Overall I enjoyed my stay and would book again on my next trip!

I liked everything but i would have loved if some of the amenities were included such as cotton set or facial cleanser but overall everything else was very good

Clean, very near to Haneda Airport

They provided a free shuttle to the airport. It was easy to take the train to get there.

I was nervous about the bed and pillows because they’re not American style (mattress was stiff) but I had no trouble sleeping. It was kinda hard to find the entrance, but the building has a big sign on it.
