During eating breakfast someone come to our table and said we CANNOT EAT as our room have no breakfast included. We were in shocked and embarrassed as our booking states there is included. Even if, why the staff didn't verify that earlier? It's so hard to put 1 person in front with list? They have so many staff and cannot check it correctly? Next day I don't even wanna go down for it even if was paid... Breakfast area is small and same the variety of food. There was so many people that we have to wait both for seating area and food to be refilled. Rooms itself are small and definitely required maintenance. When we touched the aircon, plastic cover fall down. Couldn't change water flow for shower head. There is phone in room, but not working, so if anything you need to walk down to front desk. Before check out, manager came to us and apologies for situation from previous day Which I appreciate.

Nice rooms and reception area. Clean and rooms were as per the photos. Breakfast was good and we liked that you could sit and relax in the seating area in the evening and day your own food. Most of all the staff were really accommodating, lovely and helpful. Oh and the van and bus stations are literally next door so great location for travelling onwards.

The cockroaches! They were large! However the hotel staff were amazing to quickly come and help us kill them - then move us to another room. Luckily the second room was lovely and cockroach free!

No hot water. Wifi very unstable my friend had to bring her wifi to the room. Elevator was down for 6 days. I was on the 6th floor and not good if you are a senior. Parking was jammed so you could not get out if you are first in. Breakfast cold.
