Nice location in Dunvegan - great if you're staying on the Isle of Skye - besides of Portree. Very friendly staff, Rachel welcomed us upon our arrival and explained us a few things in general. Good breakfast - it's a mix of a la carte a bit of a cold buffet. Parking spots are available, the rooms quite cozy, bathroom was clean, shower nice and hot. They have a beautiful beautiful lounge with a fireplace - where you can spend time and grab some drinks.

The bed wasn't the comfiest one - but it's tricky to find a comfy bed in Scotland in general in our experience - most of them are too soft and not the best ones for stomach sleepers. You should be aware it can get tricky in Dunvegan and in general on the Isle of Skye when it comes to dinner. The few places where you can have something to eat can get packed, so you need a reservation. We had dinner here at Atholl - quite delicious but a little pricier than all other places - but reasonable for Isle of Skye I guess.

Breakfast was a bit bleak.

The staff was super friendly and warm people. The room we stayed in was quite small but very cosily furnished. The Inn has a very cute living room on the first floor with a fireplace, some books and board games where you can relax and staff can bring you drinks.

Staying at Atholl House is like coming home. Perfect location from which to explore the wonders of northern Skye (like Quiraing and Neist Point) Everything about Atholl House feels warm and cosy. The lounge with fire place is a wonderful place to unwind after a day of exploring or play a board game with a drink after dinner. Breakfast and the dinner offered are exceptional. The rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff is incredibly kind and made you feel taken care off.

Beautiful Location

I really enjoyed my stay at Atholl House Skye. The staff was truly lovely. The room was pretty great, the bed comfortable and everything looked well maintained. I had two large windows in my room, which I appreciated. There is a nice dining room and also a lounge where you can take a drink and relax. The food is great.

The price per night might be a bit expensive for what you get, but I am not sure how this compares to other similar places.
