Superb property, quiet location, easy drive to York and North. We love this property as it had everything. Lots of little extras. Omg the couch is amazing, the room sizes are huge, the bathroom is huge.
York water supply wasn't that pleasant. Maybe take some bottled water.

The Milking Parlour was a lovely property, very clean and tidy.
Very peaceful location next to a golf course.
Check in was easy and straight forward.

What a wonderful stay, I couldn't recommend staying here highly enough. A warm and friendly welcome (with a chocolate cake!) and helpful - excellent communication. The cleanliness was absolutely fantastic, spotless - I don't think I've ever stayed in such clean accommodation. Excellent value for money, quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Thank you for a great few days.
Only a very minor point - no coasters or trays for when we were making cups of tea for the group, but really only the most very minor of niggles!

The property is situated out in the sticks but close to essential shops which I like , the quietness of an evening was bliss not having kids screaming or playing outside was a highlight the lemon drizzle was to die for 😋

It was lovely to arrive after a long drive to a warm and inviting cottage. The location was perfect for shopping in York and the nearby Design Outlet, but far enough out of the busyness. Upon arrival there were mince pies, teabags and a Christmas tree with lights, we even had Netflix to watch a movie in the evening.Very comfortable, very warm and very clean. We didn’t need anything but there were lovely people around if we did. Would definitely stay there again. It was a lovely stay.
