A warm welcome from the host Gillian. A very clean holiday let. A home from home. Everything was perfect. Many extras like complimentary welcome pack. Information book. Cleaning products.

Gillian the host showed use around,helped carry holdall in.there was milk and biscuits tea\coffee on arrival.the beach a few seconds away plus near castle.Excellent view.Apartment lovely.Very comfortable bed.Nice clean apartment.

The flat was absolutely lovely, warm and cosy, it had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. The bathroom and shower cubicle were a tad small but it is what it is and it certainly didn't affect our stay. It was great having a pub that served food a couple of minutes away, especially on the day we got there and there is a fab chip ship down the road, Once we got our bearings it was a walk downhill to town and some lovely shops and a great base to explore elsewhere. I would have no hesitiation staying here again. The host Gillian left tea, coffee, milk and biscuits which was much appreciated and phoned us when we arrived to run us through a couple of things and answer any questions we might have.
All in all a fab little place with a kind and helpful owner.

It was freshly decorated and couldn’t have been cleaner.

Gillian had thought of everything , we even had some milk left for us in the fridge when we arrived ..
Good communication with owner too .
I can’t find anything really … If I had to nit pick the bathroom wash basin is tiny . But it has to be due to the space .

This is 1 of cleanest properties I have ever stayed in. Cleaning materials was provided which was very helpful so I could clean when I needed to.
Gillian was incredibly helpful when I needed anything.
Nothing at all.
To pick up on other negative reviews they is now a DVD player and they is a a roller blind and a vertical adjustable blind in the bedroom so the sun didn't bother me.

The flat was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and well located. Our host was helpful and friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Thank you and well done Gillian.

Great flat short walk from the centre of Scarborough.
Cleaning items plenty in flat also towels and welcome tea and coffee
Just our preference but could do with curtains in the bedroom.
Blinds okay but daylight coming through 5.30am which was waking us up.
