The view and the people who work there were amazing. Gym was okay for a hotel.

- I clicked on the double bed but instead we got two one-person bed together and it was not steady at all. Cuddling was literally impossible. - Bed and pillows were not that comfortable and the blankets were so weird. Sheets tangled on my legs all the time. - Breakfast was nothing special. I personally don’t eat pork and I prayed for turkey/chicken salami for once. In 7 days they served only one time. - Pools are open only till 20:00 o’clock. I think it’s too early. I’d personally love midnight swimming.

Excellent and friendly service. Many thanks to the staff. I was on a business trip at the hotel and had special requests such as a coffee machine, as I spent the whole day in the hotel room. These and other requests were immediately fulfilled. In addition, the view of the sea is remarkable, as well as the breakfast and dinner. The size of the room and the quality of the bed were also very good. Furthermore, the connection with public transportation is also very good, as there is a bus stop in front of the hotel.

In fact, we liked everything. Excellent location, modern lobby with a fresh scent in the air, warm welcome at the reception, fast and friendly check-in, spotless clean room, comfortable bed, top service at the restaurant and cute little spa.

Everything was wonderful - the breakfast, the big queen bed, the view, the pool, the cove, the staff, etc etc. Everyone was helpful and lovely. Barbara on the front desk, in particular, was absolutely amazing plus clearly being fluent in every single language I heard a guest speak to her in! Location was lovely, lots of little beach coves in walking distance. Bus outside comes every 15 mins and gets you into the centre quickly and efficiently.

The food is very good and most of the staff is friendly. The personal assistant leaves you nice surprises in the afternoon. The pool is big and the area around it very pleasant. The spa and the masseuse are highly recommended.

The bar is not cosy, uninviting even, and in the evenings there's little to do. There was fungus in the shower.

The breakfast was great! Also, the spa center took their time and gave great service. The views of the pool and private beach spot is really nice too.

Pillows/bed wasn’t as comfortable as it could’ve been but honestly that’s expected in most European hotels. One honest down side is having to pay for beverage for dinner with half board- even water (€3).

The outdoor area was really lovely, options to swim in sea and the pool. the breakfast was great too, lots of options and it was on until 10:30 which meant a relaxed morning

we were asked quite rudely by the pool staff to move off two sun loungers which were apparently reserved for ‘the boss’. there was no sign to say this or any indication that this was reserved and we had been there for about an hour before they came over. they did not attempt to help find us another option and simply repeated it’s reserved. As a paying customer this could have been handled differently. the rooms were nice but not always deeply cleaned and our shower flooded the first night.
