The location of the hotel is very convenient , close from the train station and city center. The staff of the hotel are very friendly and very helpful , I've got a lot of useful tips and looking forward to come back in the city.

We were allocated in the room next to the road and for me as a sensitive person for the noises was hard to sleep at the first night . But the hotel has a opposite rooms and I believe it is possible to get more quiet one

Strong and stable wifi; buffet quality/extended service hours (6h30-12h!); good value for money; excellent location; conveniency; spacious bathroom.

Shower head; water pressure/temperature; room cleaning service (did not change my bed, left my window open - no one closed it -> even if "please clean my room' sign was on display); prices of in-room dining vs buffet prices; oversized "clean my room/ do not disturb"; almost broke my foot on the shower drain (health hazard); faulty AC; Air circulation; cramped quarters (space between the foot of the bed and the desk was too tiny) - always bumping against the furniture (and the room had a long and wide corridor and a massive bathroom) ; Stay hotel App (never generated a usable room key); early check-in system; too many changes in the welcome desk staff.

The staff and cleanliness.

Perfect location. Very clean common areas. All staff is super nice and helpful ! Good sound proofing in the rooms. Comfy bed and pillows. The room was spacious and the bathroom as well.

The room was fully carpeted and clean, however, the carpet was not in great state, it does not suit a 4 star hotel. The breakfast is good but lacks some greens (cucumber lettuce and tomato) as well as hot food (no eggs or bacon/sausages). Reception is not right when you enter, this is not bad, just weird.

Breakfast was expensive but it was good enough to forget about that.

The facilities need a refurbishment, walls had marks, frames were destroyed, the doors were swollen from the humidity of the shower, the window was small giving the room a very dark ambient and it couldn't be closed. Carpets had stains and there were spider webs on the ceiling.

The price was fair, and the location was pretty nice - nearby to the city center.

The room was not well maintained: the bidet was cracked, the bathtub was a bit clogged, taking long time to drain. The room furniture was burnt in some spots and there were stains in the carpet. There was a side chair which also was full of stains.

Late check in time is inconvenient.
