Room was comfortably sized, with plenty of space to put things, which seem unusal days. Bathroom was huge, as was bath. Breakfast was very pleasant, and staff friendly. Location was very convenient for our purposes with some nice walks nearby, and and easy walk into Beeston centre. Would likely use it again if we need to stay in the area

Nothing much to complain about. This is not a luxury hotel, but it is a certainly a comfortable place to stay.

For value its is great place to stay - rooms are little out dated but it was very clean, the breakfast was great and the staff were really nice and friendly.

Needs a little update to rooms - but that would put the price up and that is the only negative.

Room on the street a bit noisy at night because you can hear all the cars. Old style. The bed is comfortable. Service very nice. Breakfast a bit too small could be at least two eggs 😁 generally it's not bad but I've stayed in much better hotels for similar prices before. If you just need a bed and don't eat a big breakfast, it's ok 😉

The English breakfast was superb. Coupled with the friendly staff, always willing to help. Very polite staff.

Presence of pets scared me😂😂😂.

I got rashes after the first night. They looked like insect bites since there were clear biting spots. I suspect it's the linen but can't be sure about that.

The room was clean,and staff were very helpful.I did not have breakfast as i had to be away early.There as coffe available and the tv was a decent size

the location is not the best,warm weather so i had to have windows open and it was very noisy.The room was much smaller than i expected.The lock on the door was not the easiest to open.

The hotel is nice. Its cheap. There's a bar. You get a full English breakfast which is nice. The staff are lovely and so helpful. Thank you so much

Friendly staff but... no pressure at all in shower. No way to control or turn off heating. Old and dated carpet, decoration and furniture. Uncomfortable cheap bed. Lack of attention to detail.
