Staff cordiale e sempre disponibile, ottima posizione. Il nostro soggiorno presso questa struttura è stato molto piacevole, i ragazzi della reception hanno saputo aiutarci quando ne avevamo bisogno oltre ciò veramente molto simpatici e cordiali, consiglio vivamente di soggiornare qui!

Es war sehr zentral.

Es gab in der Küche so gut wie kein Geschirr, kein Besteck, kein Tee.

Er was een bed en een slaapbank. Maar de slaapbank was erg krakkemikkig. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding.

Heizung war sehr niedrig eingestellt bzw wurde kalt in der Nacht Frühstück war bei letztem Besuch besser Im Badezimmer nur ein Haken Apartment war aber für 4 Personen gedacht In der Küche fehlt küchenrolle

The location was great! We were very central to everything we needed. The staff at the desk was very helpful.

The cleaning service seemed to come at inopportune times, always in the evening around 5:30 when we were trying to get organized for dinner.

L’emplacement et l’amabilité du personnel

On entendait les voisins qui faisaient la fête mais le personnel a géré la situation pour que le bruit cesse.

Rude inconsiderate staff

O facto de ser um apartamento com microondas e chaleira foi muito útil para nós. Tinha fogao e pratos e talheres disponíveis. Era espaçoso apesar de bastante diferente da foto. Perto do metro, e fácil de ir a pé a toda a cidade velha, no entanto ao final da noite a rua ser um pouco estranha.

A atitute dos funcionários, um pouco gozões, e o facto do valor ser completamente diferente do valor reservado! Supostamente deveria ter sido com cobrança imediata, optamos por este local que apesar de não ter pequeno-almoço incluído tinha kitchenett e de facto por mais 5€ havia logo mais escolha na altura da reserva. Considerando o estado do quarto que tinha um cheiro super intenso, o aspecto envelhecido e os funcionários na recepção, foi super caro..

Location was great and first day staff guys when we checked in were nice and friendly and there were very helpful

The reception guy when we checked out was really awful and not friendly at all. Even worse, when we asked him status of my car because we parked the car at hotel parking lot He came out and smashed car parking door (shutter) very strongly several times and then smiled very badly and looked at me when he found out the car finally coming out - it took more then 15 minutes During check-out, his attitude was like … horrible It seems that he was fully of anger and I am pretty sure that he is one of racists for Asian

the apartment itself is very centric, clean and the bed is very comfortable. I only stayed one night but will definitely come back!

Great location close to everything Very spacious rooms. Obviously newly renovated and very nice.

When renting an apartment room you expect most common things to be available - room was for 4 but there where only 3 spoons, minor issue obviously , worse was that there were no coffee machine. Asked for it in the reception , but was told that only rooms with balcony had coffee machines…. I’ve been to some pretty poor hotels, which had a coffee machine , but apparently not this €215 a night room. Air-condition was pretty noisy, and it was like it couldn’t really keep up with the big rooms which was left pretty humid. As said, great location, but it comes with a steep cost. The very high noise from the disco across the street and the many young people in the streets made it close to impossible to sleep - noise started at 10pm and kept on going till 5am. I don’t seem as windows are sound isolated, we could clearly hear people speaking. So bring earplugs, or request a room away from the street. When booking a room this close to city center you must expect noise, I know, but price should justify it. We were delayed one hour and missed our booked ferry because the automatic parking facilities malfunctioned when we wanted our car. They had to call external technician to get it fixed. It took an hour and we got close to no information from the reception. I would have appreciated that, and maybe they could have offered a cup of coffee, now we have had to buy it the other days… Things like this happens, but on top of the other annoyances, it left us with a fairly poor experience.

The roof top terrasse was really nice and the apartment was spacious. Location was fantastic.
