L'hôtel est très bien situé, tout est proche et peut se faire à pied. Le parking payant (23€) est juste à côté de l'hôtel mais il faut réserver et envoyer un mail pour être certain qu'il y a de la place. J'avais informé l'hôtel que je faisais une surprise à mon mari et nous avons eu une jolie surprise en arrivant : d'une chambre standard réservée initialement nous avons été surclassés avec une junior suite ! C'était vraiment très agréable. Petit plus, 2 spécialités pâtissières nous attendaient sur la table, très bonnes d'ailleurs avec un petit mot. Je comprends certains commentaires relatifs au besoin d'une éventuelle rénovation/rafraichissement de la déco (douche plutôt que baignoire pour l'accessibilité, la moquette...) mais la chambre était très agréable. Literie parfaite. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner, très très varié où tout est bien noté (c'est un détail mais très appréciable) avec du kéfir par exemple, des müeslis proteinés, salé, sucré et toutes les boissons possibles. Point très important, le personnel est vraiment très professionnel, adorable, souriant et discret. Nous sommes arrivés vers 15h30 et avons pu laisser notre voiture jusqu'à 18h le lendemain ce qui nous a permis de visiter d'autres coins de Bilbao. Nous avons passé un court séjour et il fut très agréable. Merci encore pour le surclassement.

Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob ich wirklich die Superior-Kategorie bekommen habe, die ich gebucht hatte. Das Zimmer war im ersten Stock und hatte daher nicht die Grösse, die die Zimmer ab dem zweiten Stock hatten, die noch jeweils einen Erker hatten. Müsste mal überprüft werden. Zimmer-Nr. war 123.

Een prima en heel mooi, net hotel! Goede service, heel aardig personeel en zeer comfortabele kamers. Ook is de ligging heel goed.

The location was perfect, on the riverfront and just between the Guggenheim and the Old Town. Easy walking distance to both of those and very close to the tram stop. It was great to have tea and coffee in the room. The bed was comfortable. The lobby and bar area were very pleasant. Complimentary water was appreciated.

The heating/cooling system did not work well. There were no shower caps or other loose toiletries in the bathroom.

The team at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel - right in front of the river - was very convenient. The hotel was great value for money.

The furniture in the bedrooms is quite dated and gives a slightly old feeling to the bedroom.
