Everything was clean and tide the resort was clean little walk to the prom plenty of shops restaurants Cafe

Central location 5 mins walk to promenade. No lift, rooms over 2 floors. Room had everything you needed with refreshments replaced daily. Beds were comfy (not like my own but not complaining). Breakfast was ordered night before but additional items such as fruit/cereals were offered on the day. Cooked breakfast was always hot and freshly prepared. Checking in was easy. Owner very pleasant and nothing too much trouble. Overall a lovely place.

Not enough parking at the B&B but easily found in nearby streets.

We were over the moon with Tina.we were told it was breakfast included on booking but then said continental on arrival to hubbys disappointment. Tina jumped to the rescue and we had full endlish all week as did every other guests .thankyou .English breakfast set us up for the day .i

Really friendly server at the breakfast, loved every bit of it. They gave me extra fruits because they didn't have a flavour of the yogurt I liked. Super considerate!

Great location, just 5-10 minutes walk from main shopping street, sea front and pier. Really friendly and helpful owners. Great option to be able to pre-book breakfast times and menu options.

close enough to have a short walk to the town centre but far enough away for it to be quiet and able to park your car easily. the room was very comfortable and the hosts were very friendly. I was very pleased with the price too, considering we were there on a bank holiday weekend and the breakfast was included. would very happily stay again

The location was spot on for us, very central to all amenities. The breakfast was superb set us up for the day, very well cooked and presented, nothing too much trouble,

Realise it is near to the end of the season, room just needs a bit of TLC. The window ledge/shelf interior loose and cracked, iron shaped burn on the carpet everything else spot on.
