We had a wonderful 3 nights at Pandanus Resort. We were two families and requested rooms next to each other which we got. The rooms were large and comfortable with plenty of space for the kids to spread out. We had a lovely pool view from our room. The resort facilities were excellent, two large pools in a beautiful tropical setting. Lots of sun loungers and the top pool has a bar. The resort is right on the beach so you can choose the beach, sea or pool to relax by. The buffet breakfast was excellent, cuisine from around the world so everyone could find lots of things they liked. We ate at the restaurant a couple of times as it was easier with the kids, the food was nice. Usually we would go out to the local towns in the evenings but you have to drive to most places in Mui Ne so we decided to stay in the resort, the family from the Philippines that were the evening entertainment were lots of fun. We did the early morning fishing village walk which I would recommend. The staff at the resort are friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this resort in Mui Ne, it was excellent value for money.

The staff is friendly and welcoming, there are many green trees, the food is delicious and of good quality, the rooms are clean, good room service. The beach is clean, it's a pity that I went on vacation in the month when the sea was a bit rough. Overall, my family is very satisfied with this place.

The resort had all the facilities we expected. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Di has been a great host in helping us providing us information on local attractions and answering most of our questions. Resort had two restaurants, staff in the main restaurant are very friendly but we can't say the same about the restaurant near the beach area (probably due to lack of staff). Kids loved the resort and many activities they could do!

The resort is big with lot of open air space and plants. There are 2 swimming pools which are safe for kids. Though the decoration is a bit old school, facilities are just renovated so the room looks new.

The resort is all extensive that you do not even need to leave the resort. The location itself is great if you want to have a quiter retreat, away from the bustling of Mui Ne. It takes about 15 - 20 minutes drive to central Mui Ne. Though, everything is here and you can spend days without going out. Every morning, I am awaken by the birds chirping and sounds of the crickets instead of the hustling and bustling of the city or traffic so this is good.
I find that the staff were extremely helpful, breakfast was great and the guest relation officers who are always ever-willing to provide some insights. Their tours are somewhat comparable to outside prices (especially for a personalised one as compared to shared tours).
There is a lift directly opposite to my room, and I could hear people drunkenly walking to the lift or talking while waiting for it. The resort has predominently European tourists who at times could be rowdy and difficult as they kept cutting me when I wanted to check-in disallowing the receptionist to focus on me. Nevertheless, the treatment provided by the staff are the same. I only have one major issue where I had booked a massage and the masseuse waited in the room for me to undress instead of allowing me time to prepare myself which is the norm. There were also no drinks (as per normal customs) provided after the massage for a resort that is of such high luxury.

Beautifully and imaginatively landscaped resort right on the sea. Several large, multi-storey houses with numerous residential units (up to 70) in the rear part of the complex and 24 single-storey double bungalows, each with one residential unit near the beach, a total of 294, i.e. space for at least about 600 guests.

Breakfast: the offer corresponds to European taste, the selection was rather below average in terms of cold cuts (3) and cheese (1), for example.
Dinner: à la carte, selection was about Vietnamese average.
At a dinner in the Sun Terrace Restaurant - also prepared there - place 31 of 31 places in Laos/Vietnam was easily achieved in terms of taste, the same dish in the other restaurant (Café Blue Lagoon) was significantly better - probably because of the different cuisine.
Friendly and helpful staff.
On three out of four days, a group of about 300 monks were guests whose early morning activities of praying and eating right in front of our terrace with acoustic support from loudspeakers ended the night early in the morning (from about 6:10 am). The monks come every year at that time.

The resort has everything for the relaxed stay. The personnel was super friendly and attentive. Our room was modern with all the necessary amenities. There are 2 restaurants on the territory, one is open 24 hours. So you basically can stay there without going out at all.
If you want to explore Mui Ne and its local restaurants, it is a 10-15 min taxi ride. The hotel also offers free transfers in the morning.

Beautiful hotel and really helpful staff (especially Anna and Diam).
We loved the family from the Philippines who played live music each night. They were so friendly taking our song requests and very talented!
Very good value spa treatments for around £20 for a 55 minute treatment.

The attentive staff, the cooking classes and the extensive grounds. Special mention for Nga at the front desk, Dai from guest relations,Anna in the restaurant and the cooking coach ! You made our stay great !
The resort is a bit dated. The mattress and beddings probably need to be updated with something more plush.

It was a quiet time while we were there so can't speak to how the experience would be if many people are there. It was peaceful, clean, and relaxing. I'm not normally the type to sit around on my travels but this place was magnificent and I actually wanted to sit around the pool, the beach, even my room and wished I had more time to stay there.
We didn't realize that the resort has transfer arrangements available to Ho Chi Minh City and back so we arranged a private driver. Cost was close to what the resort would have charged but it would have been nice to know ahead of time that we could arrange this in advance with Pandanus directly.

not sure if it’s the location but every cab into the main eating areas cost sgd10 which might not sound like much but goes a long way in vietnam.

I like the room and beach front. The buffet was great.
Could have provided Bus or cars if we wanted to go somewhere or some places to eat outside the hotel or a tour.
