The water heater was a personal/instant one. After 1 person took a bath, the other one bathe with cold water.

It was my 2nd time to be at hotel one and I really like it in breakfast did not had much option but overall was good experience and Inshahallah will be there soon in March 2022

The staff at the desk literally harassed us cause my CNIC sir name was different from my husband. He then asked for our nikkah nama then he called sugar coatedly threading us of the police. It was so horrible. He kept on calling making different excuses. I felt so insulted. He or any of the hotel staff doesn’t have the right to barge in to anyone’s personal details. It was very insulting. I was with my daughter she got scared because before staying here we were out on pakistan tour we stayed at every top notch hotel no one treated us like this the way this guy did dont know his name but……
