1.第一次接待的員工態度很差 2.然後在app上聯繫飯店方，詢問是否可提前入住或是寄放行李等問題，回覆是在入住後的第二天才收到回覆，所以到底為什麼還要使用訂房網站？ 3.房間隔音極差，連續三天晚上11點一直聽到隔壁房客大聲唱歌，極其難聽，也未見飯店人員處理。隔壁開關門都聽的一清二楚 4.贈送的17cafe飲品不好喝。 5.房間很小

駅近でアクセスが簡単。客室も清潔である事やシャワーの水圧も満足。朝食バイキングは品数も多く美味しかったです。

ホテルが台北駅の地下街（出口M3）と隣接しているので、市内の観光等にはとても便利な場所でした。地下街を移動してMRTの淡水信義線や板南線、台湾鉄道（JR）、高鉄（新幹線）への交通がスムーズでしたし、地下街や台北駅へのアクセスも便利でした。行きませんでしたが、台北のバスステーションもすぐ近くで、地下街とつながっていました。台北駅は広く、駅の2階には飲食店が多く入っていました。 桃園空港からMRTで来た際に到着する台北駅からは、ホテルまで10分程度歩く必要がありました。トランクケースであれば、押しながらすすめるので大きな問題はありませんでした。歩き始めの場所ではMの出口に関する表示がなかったのですが、板南線の表示の方に歩くと後半の方でMの出口に関する表示が出てきました。途中の地下街にも多くの店がありました。 M3の出口からホテルの間にある肉まんの店は、1個20元でおいしかったです。ニラまんはほぼニラしか入っていませんでした。

窓の無い部屋と、窓のある部屋を借りました。窓の無い部屋は、窓を閉めたような壁になっているので見た目は気にならなかったのですが、やや湿気が強い印象を受けました。日中は出歩いていることが多く、あまり気にはなりませんでした。

Location is excellent just beside Taipei main station making travelling easy esp with an elderly n luggages. Just exit after taking high speed rail & you can see the prominent hotel outside station, walk across a traffic junction to reach hotel. There is also a train station M3 exit going down to basement beside the hotel with escalators to take train, with lots of shops on basement. Direct train line to many places like Shilin night mkt or Tamsui at end of red line. Many day tours pick up points is from main station. Many eateries around the hotel n the nice Tim Ho Wan restaurant is just opposite. Staff at reception, conceige n breakfast are most friendly, professional n helpful. Breakfast, my goodness, you are spoilt for choice, esp Asian food. The porridge was overcooked on one morning n after we feedback they checked n removed the whole pot immediately n informed my mother after they replaced with a new pot and thank her for informing them. Exceptional customer service. Hotel gave us a voucher to exchange for a free drink, coffee or tea from a small shop beside the lobby, don’t miss going to that shop because they sell really unique craft u can bring home as Taiwan souvenirs

They provided a free upgrade to our room as we needed a baby cot. Baby cot was in excellent condition as well. Staff were friendly

Close to public transport

Staff at times were a bit pushy. I dined in the restaurant one night then went for a walk. Came back to the manager and Employee waiting at the front door as they had made a mistake on the restaurant bill. I felt ambushed a bit for a mistake they made. Also room facilities require an upgrade for modern technology.

Noisy. An older hotel with great noise protection from the street but little protection between the rooms and doors banging in the hallway.

Location is fantastic just next to exit M3 of Taipei main station. There is Family Mart next to hotel. Hotel is clean.

Decor bit old, the shower taps are hard to manage. The door cards cannot be used but staff replaced them immediately
