was worst hotel for value for money ,total waste of money,highly not recommended for what they charge for there service. there was smell in rooms,breakfast very bad,wifi dosent work, swimming pool dirty.not going to visit this property again.

The location was centric and the atmosphere of the hotel is really family friendly, and give us the sense of security at all times, my kids love the swimming pool and have breakfast buffet and take it outdoors the first morning.

that the second morning we couldn't go outdoors for our breakfast, possible the staff didn't want to clean outside the area the breakfast were serve like the morning before .

It was dirty, was falling apart, peeling paint, just terrible

Pool bar furniture is a disaster. Needs new pool furniture.

The hotel is beautiful. The grounds are excellent and we kept and the pools are great. The a la carte restaurant is also very good! It's a great setup if you are on vacation and traveling with your family. The apartment style rooms are awesome!

It may be related to the pandemic, but they are short staffed. The bar tender often wasn't there and the check out process was slow. We called for someone to help with luggage but they never came. The breakfast is pretty sparse as well.

No water in the fridge in this hot city and the kitchen equipment was way too old and felt unsafe.

for that price i won't recommend this hotel, the rooms are old, the bathroom had a smell, the wifi signal was really bad. the room isn't that comfortable, the only good thing was the location, there is another hotel near this one called Novotel, almost the same price and much better installations and wifi.

Very spacious suites with kitchen

Not maintained to European standard. The handycraft is poor and the kitchen useless without a hub and/or a bottle opener

The rooms are very old and not clean , they need to do a deep cleaning the bathroom need more deep cleaning this place looks like a two star hotel, the swimming pool not temperate very cold water it’s winter and they needed to heated up.

The staff was kind and helpful. The suite fit 4 people quite well. Comfortable beds and sofas.

We booked late checkout at 3 pm and the keys and Wi-Fi were disabled by 8 am that day. We ran out of water for a few hours in the morning. The room differed from the pictures. The Wi-Fi connection was good only in the living room. Breakfast is not worth the 10 dollars per person it costs.

Utensils were dirty

In 5 star hotel you expect to have frigobar and it was all empty, no smart TV, nor Netflix.

We lost energy the night we got into the property , we called the service desk and none came to fix it until we left the property , didn’t have a way to charge our phones and some Rooms with no lights . Other guests were smoking inside the building we a call reception and they didn’t care to check , we have two small children that couldn’t sleep with the awful smoke smell .. not good customer service
