Não fomos informados que pagando com cartão haveria taxa adicional, cobraram quase 30 dólares a mais, pedi estorno e não fizeram. A televisão do meu quarto não funcionou nenhum dia. O café da manhã em 2 dias chegou frio.

everything was great - good hotel, good price, nice pool. also, the staff was very nice, they even met my dietary requests for the breakfast.

Unfortunetely we got dengue fever and had to cure myself and my family. The place was very comfortable with all the needed equipment to be able to get over this health inconvenience. The kitchen was comfortable enough to cook what we needed and the beds were comfortable (when forced lying all day it matters a lot). The bath and shower were comfortable as well and the staff did a perfect job when cleaning (they even changed often our sheets when they saw that we were ill!)
I can well recommend this place also for families with small children.

The staff was exceedingly nice and helpful. We were able to borrow a hot pot for tea. They had kitchen utensils and plates. They also called taxis for us that were clean and reliable.

Location was good with a 15 minute walk to main square. Comfortable room. Breakfast was brought to our room each morning. Staff helpful.

Really spacious room and the staff where very lovely. the breakfast was good and lots of it - they bring it to your room due to covid
nothing really except they seemed to be doing a lot of working (painting etc) to it during our stay which made things like using the pool a bit tricky

The location is perfect theres a small market and a chicken restaurant like 100 feet away. The reception staff was incredible. Very very helpful and kind. He helped me with everything

The breakfast was really nice, as well as the pool area and the rooms! However, there was no common area (except from the pool), and there was no bar or other service to bye water, drinks, lunch etc. But you could walk nearby to by water and they had refrigerators in the rooms:) Staff in reception also helpful. Overall, pleased but lacked a nicer common area! Really depends what you are looking for.
