Great location and nice room. Breakfast was okay. Staff we’re very friendly and helpful.

Wi-Fi didn’t work. The shower flooded bathroom when it was used. no shelves for toiletries and no hooks or rails for towels.

arrived at 4.30 am so was able to check in early, tea (hot drink) provided. We left a phone on the coach and reception quickly set too to help retrieve it. given my spanish is poor we managed to get by, really used her initiative. But more generally during the entire stay the staff cant do enough to help they are so friendly. Our room was huge, super super clean, fluffy towels and well located to enjoy Arequipa

the room was a little cold, and stark white walls didnt help give a cosy feel. Breakfast was better than we have had in other Peru hotels, lots of fresh fruit, cold milk for cereal but oh for some hot porridge instead of eggs.

Loved the great location, security, helpful staff and rooms. Breakfast was good. Thanks for organising reasonable taxis for us too.

Everything was great

very chic hotel with great shower, very clean room and good breakfast buffet. The staff was super friendly, we could store our luggage for free and when we were picked up very early for a tour, there was a delicious packed lunch. Additionally there was a laundry service.

A bit cold (i was there in august)

We arrived by bus at 5.30am from Puno. Someone was at reception waiting for us and immediately offered us a cup of tea and we were in our room by 5.45am. No problems. We had a few hours sleep before heading out to explore. The room was large on the 3rd floor with views of the volcanos and the church bell towers. Nice. The front desk were helpful with maps, things to see and tours. On the Sunday night during the festival in the Plaza, I had my phone stolen and had to contact my Australian banks to stop access to my accounts but had no international phone access. Avelivar who was on duty at the time loaned me her personal phone so I could ring Australia. She refused any offers of money for the use. She was a lifesaver in my crisis time. Thank you. Then a few days later I got a 24 hour bug and was sick. Avelivar came to our room with panadol, a flask of tea with honey and lemon and a thermometer. She stayed for a while to ensure I was comfortable. Now that's caring. Avelivar even organised to visit a doctor the next morning. Fortunately the sickness passed during the night and I was ok by morning. They helped us organise our tour to Cocka Canon, they minded our bags whilst we were away and gave us the same lovely room upon our return. Whilst we loved it here and really appreciate the unexpected suprises and extra personal touches, it time to move on. Thank you Tierrasur Hotel, all the staff from the kitchen, reception and cleaning and especially Avelimar for making the stay here exceptional.

Really i can fault. The room was clean, fluffy towels were replaced daily. I highly recommended this accommodation.

They were very willing to help you, even speaking in Spanish.

Warm welcome in the dead of the night. Nice big room with lovely terrace. Good breakfast and nice takeaway lunchbox. Friendly staff, birthday surprise on simple request. Quiet street only two blocks away from central plaza. Adequate wifi.

Corridor light leaking into the room. Transparant shower cabin in the middle of the room. Fancy shower was not easy to operate. No locker. Although the hotel announced the possibility for dinner, the restaurant was closed at night.

I would recommend the suite as opposed to just a standard room and the water pressure in the Jacuzzi shower could’ve been more.

The hotel is located close to Plaza de Armas. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They have a very nice garden with a swing, tables and lounges to enjoy your free time outside.

The bar was closed in the evening so you can't have a drink when you get to the hotel. We asked if there was someone around to fix us a drink but they shrugged and left, without even answering our question.

The staff was extremely friendly and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. Maru was wonderful at coordinating activities for us! Laundry is very affordable and the beds were super comfy.

Be careful of the shower - it's a bit tricky to get inside and you really need to take a high step.
