New and clean with well equipped for all essentials. Very comfortable stay. Location is ok, not too close walking distance from station to be honest but after a night stay. We got used to it, so pretty easy esp Tamachi station is very easy to connect to the other lines.

Shorter distance walk from station would be great esp when you got many luggages.

The location was excellent. About a 5 minute walk to tamachi station with the Yamanote line that takes you the main areas of Tokyo. The bed was comfortable. They had complimentary cold green tea in the lobby after 3pm that was very tasty. Great place if you don’t mind not being in a quieter area. Would definitely stay here again.

The room is spacious and soundproof is acceptable, location is ideal for those who wish to stay in a tranquil place without sacrificing convenience since there is the Wamanotesen MRT station nearby. There is a small supermarket right in front of the hotel adequately prepared for guests who want to get some snack.

It would be great if the room equipped with a weight scale.

Stayed here before I have no idea why I like this hotel so much, everything is good, the bed is so comfortable it’s just a solid hotel - no faults.

I think that’s why I like this hotel, although nothing is 10 out of 10 it’s a solid 9 in everything I look for and love it.

Selected this hotel for: the toilet separation from the shower, good distance from Tamachi station on the Tokyo central city loop. Sizing was decent compared to the stereotypically small hotel rooms that are common in Japan. Staff were happy to help when I asked for translation assistance for a booking. The room and clothing deodouriser was the best and we would have considered buying this from the hotel! Would book to stay at this chain again.

Mattress and pillows could be more comfortable. They were typical of Japan though and this opinion of the someone who lives in a westernised country which typically prefer softer and memory foam bedding.

The location is very convenient.

Excellent location. Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is elegant, efficient and very comfortable. The breakfasts are very reasonably priced and excellent quality.

It was very clean. They had a good system of supplying fresh towels even if we didn't want the room to be made. Good environmental option.

Amazing staff, and a clean and new hotel

Very well located ((less than 10 min walk) from the metro station (Asakusa line) and from the JR station (Yamanote line). Plenty of supermarket and coffee places around the hotel. Very quiet area.

This is not a big problem but I expect the Front desk should able to communicate in basic English. Luckily you can have Google translate.

Very well located if you want to be central to Ginza and Shibuya while having and easy train ride into Haneda. Lots of good restaurants in the area and quiet at night time

I really liked the area which is more bright and airy than the rest of Tokyo. Close to a lot of good food. The furnishings felt very luxe and I enjoyed the shizutetsu tea they give you. The separate bath and shower area was so nice also.

The furnishings felt very luxe but my room was noisy. it sounded like the person next door was playing squash against the wall. The hotel moved my room but then I was allergic in the next room. When I looked at the air purifier the filter was completely covered in dust and the bathroom fan was the same which made me feel allergic in the room since I'm allergic to dust mites. One female staff member who works late at night was very kind and helpful but the other staff is very cold and seems angry you're even there. If they can improve the cleanliness of important details and friendliness of staff this would be a 10/10 hotel.
