Facilities and rooms are clean. Lots of swimming pools, we love the waterpark. Buffet breakfast is also good.

I just dont like the reservation response. I try to call them many times that my vacation was postponed and i want to move my bookings but nobody responded my email instead they ask me to contact reservation and here i am at work trying to contact reservation but nobody would answer.

Facilities and customer service were amazing.

Clean

Booked 2 rooms with 2 queen beds for total of 4 adults and 3 kids, they said only 2 adults and one child per room even if it has 2 queen beds they wanted me to book another room for my other 2 kids. They did not want to work with me, so ended up loosing my money for the rooms and i had to go somewhere else and find a location that would accommodate us.

rooms we got were spacious. and lots of pools to choose from. staff very courteous.

food a little pricey and not too many kinds in menu.

Checking in process took nearly 15 to 20 mins which i think is very slow for a resort like this. We were travelling for over and this resort was our last stop before heading home and their checking in process was very slow, they were asking for another payment even if the payment from booking.com was already showing as pending and was asking for a 4000 pesos for a deposit which i think was too much. Their food sucks! Served cold and tasted that it has been cooked days ago even their donut is very stale.Everything is so expensive and its not worthy. Too far from everything.

All food served were great. Staff are very attentive to the needs of the diner.

The staff are very accommodating and polite. The resort have a lot of perks. The whole facility is nice and cozy. Very relaxing place to stay.

Transportation is quite hard.
