The rooms were modern and clean. We especially loved the staff (Jan) who made sure we had everything we needed and beyond. They really make sure to cater to everyone’s needs.

The main picture of the pool that is used to advertise the property is actually about 2km away from the hotel. While they do take you there with electric cars, it is still not as easily accessible. You also cannot access pool after 7pm. The hotel is located in a secluded area where there isn’t much to do. There is no gym in the hotel or nearby as well as very few restaurants and almost no cafes. While we acknowledge this is not the fault of the hotel, this information was not transparent when booking.

Perfect for the night before getting on a cruise. Very comfortable beds and a good restaurant on site. Very helpful staff. Good beach club.

Ms.Mai and her colleagues were very efficient and helpfull from outside you would say it is a 3 star hotel but facilities are on 5 star level swimming pool and beach are not within hotel premises but the shuttle brings you there every 20 min and actually the reception staff arranged the shuttle any time we need excellent and not expensive in house restaurant serving both local and Western cuisine (and good wine) several local seafood restaurants of very good level within 10 min walk

Service was great as the staff were all very helpful. The front staff helped us book a tour of Halong and the head female staff (manager) in the dining was very professional. The meals were fantastic. Rooms were very comfortable.

The swimming pool was at a location quite a bit away from the hotel we were in though there was a free shuttle service. When you look at the booking site, they show the pool and so I expected that to be where we were. We ended up not using it due to the location. The room view could have been better but where we were situated, it couldn't be helped I guess.

Room was spacious and pleasant. Went to restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Food was exceptional. Had a very enjoyable evening, great food and wonderful live music. All staff were professional - friendly, efficient, considerate. Hotel also ran boat Ha Long tours. Our one day tour was highlight of stay.

Although the pool and beach were excellent. Location was not at hotel, had to use hotel shuttle. Not really a problem but unexpected. Hotel location was on Tuan Chau island linked to mainland by causeway. Access to restaurants, cafes and shops required short taxi ride.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. All around. The big pool was amazing. The location was right next to the river so easy to get to the boats and the town was an easy walk.

Rooms were very roomy. Had plenty if space to walk in. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Need more things to do. Not much going on around the hotel. Not many stores. Limited eating and shopping.

Location directly opposite the beach and a number of restaurants

After checking into our room we discovered the room wasn’t the type we’d booked and paid for relocated to correct room but the aircon left a lot to be desired inconsistent temperatures Breakfast was just ok

The pool was the best pool we saw and swam in, in the whole of Vietnam. The only downfall is that it is about 1.5km from the hotel and you go by electric car.

Breakfast was very loud and chaotic, the pool being so far away.

The staff is so welcoming and helpful, amazing! Best team we have experienced in 3 weeks in Vietnam. They put a great effort to congratulate us on our honeymoon and help with all the questions ❤️ Rooms are big, nice and very clean. Great breakfast. Great location before/after the cruise.

Swimming pool and beach is located around 1,5km away from the hotel. They take you there and back with an electric car which is a nice ride but you need to plan your time a bit.

The staff was excellent, especially those who could speak english...Jan and Xuyen went out of their way to make up for the shortcomings of the place.. Comfortable beds and pillows...

Room given was unfortunately not as expected, because of noise from defect aircon system (howling sound coming and going through the whole night ) mounted in loft above the room, making it impossible to sleep until the last night when we had a new room to move into. .... Reception, restaurant and breakfast areas were all extremely noisy areas with the breakfast being utter chaos with huge amount of people stepping over each other screaming and shouting making it a pain trying to enjoy the breakfast. The layout and acoustics of these areas were almost the worst I can remember to have experienced in 50+ years of traveling... The property also shows pictures of pool and beach area, but these areas are 1 mile away from hotel itself (1,6 kilometers). Really not at all honest to picture this as it is part of hotel area.!...

It's a lovely hotel, however needing to take a shuttle electric car to the swimming pool is not great. Also the car wasn't available for a few times in the morning because it was busy dropping people off to cruise ships.

In the Bookings advert is is portrayed as if the swimming pool is at the hotel and beachfront. It is not. Very disappointing.

Location was perfect, restaurants nearby, marina is right there so it’s easy if you’re getting a cruise. the staff were so lovely and kind, breakfast was great and the room was very comfortable - one of my favourite hotels in Vietnam.
