Beautiful place, great experience! Loved being able to fish in the canal, relax in the pool and enjoy the view. Owner was great to work with, would definitely stay here again! Very clean and safe house/area.

House was clean, well stocked with amenities and supplies and very welcoming. Easily accommodated our family of 7 adults, 3 children and 1 dog. Excelled at meeting all our needs (especially the pool) and made our vacation enjoyable and fun. Must say that Bill was an excellent owner host.

The house is exactly as described with plenty of room. We had 7 people, and everyone had their own space. We even had to spend part of our vacation time doing remote work and school, and had no problems with the wifi. The screened porch was the perfect place to sit out in, looking over the canal. Beautiful place. Lots to do in the area, plenty of restaurants and shopping.

This was a big, clean house with everything we needed. There was space for 4 adults, 3 teenagers and a child with room to spare. The pool was heated perfectly and the iguanas even came out to meet us! Large, well-stocked kitchen and the whole place was spotless. Plenty of linens and toys - took full advantage of the kayaks, beach chairs and extra fridge in the garage. Felt like home away from home!

This property was perfect. All 8 of us fit comfortably in Bill’s home. The bedroom & bathroom suite above the garage was a perfect fit for my in-laws, and my parents loved the master suite. The 3.5 bathrooms worked out well for my family. The heated pool was a fantastic bonus as well! Most importantly, Bill was incredibly kind and responded almost immediately to all of my questions. Thanks to him our visit was flawless. I hope I have the chance to stay here in the future!

Six of us stayed for a week in December. No problems and overall a great place to stay. Kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room were well stocked and the whole place was very clean. There wasn't anything we needed that the house didn't have. Bill was kind and responsive throughout the week, and we all agreed this experience is the best we've had for a rental house!

The house was just as described. It was perfect for my family, with people coming and going all week long. It had all the kitchen utensil for a thanksgiving dinner for 20 people and the room for us to eat. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The location was perfect close to stores restaurants and golfing. Will definitely be back for another holiday.

This has been our best Vrbo stay yet. Owner was fantastic in helping us navigate a tropical storm we were stuck in and was more than accommodating. Very clean, safe area with plenty of beds and space for people to sleep and stay. Great screened inside porch that was fun to spend time on & enjoyed the pool and fishing! Will definitely be back!

Great vacation. The house was great, location was great, and Bill was amazing. Great guy. Willing to help out with any questions. Would stay hear again in a heartbeat. Probably will I’d say if your coming to the southwest Florida area your gonna want to stay here. The place is perfect and Bill the owner was great to deal with. He made everything easy as can be.

I will be very honest about the house & everything that went along with renting this property. Everyone in my group thought the house was excellent. The layout of the house gave everyone the ability to have their own space. We did not have any issues at all with anything in the house. The description of the house & the area was exactly what the owner said on VRBO. Bill was very responsive to any of my questions. Even when I thought it may have been a crazy question. Bill was very helpful in informing is of the updates that was going on in the area due to COVID weeks before we got there. Loved the pool!!! It is a great size. Very well taken care of by the owner. Can’t say enough how pleased we was to spend our week of vacation in the home. Perfect place to stay & be at the beach within minutes. Neighborhood is very quite & peaceful. Would definitely go back. Absolutely recommend staying at this location! Bill was an absolute pleasure, and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be coming back here next year, and the years after that! The location is in a great neighborhood, the house was beautiful, not far from the beach, and very kid friendly.

This home has everything. Wonderful neighborhood, easy access to all the beaches, etc. Swimming pool, screened in porch, fireplace, lots of space to enjoy. Your entire family will appreciate this home.

Our family, from all over the US, have met in BONITA Springs for over 12 years, staying in hotels while visiting a brother in the area. But this year was so much better! It was lovely to sit on the porch enjoying our morning coffee, checking out the birds in the canal. Our bed in the loft was better than most hotel beds, the kitchen very functional. We even hosted a family Mexican dinner there. Hope to visit again, thank you Bill!

The house was very nice and clean. It’s located near the canal at the end of the block which made it extra quiet. The rooms were very clean and roomy. It’s also a hop,skip and a jump to the Publix supermarket and Dollar tree and iHop, my favorite place for breakfast. The Manager is a great guy and is there anytime you need him. I would definitely recommend the house. Thank you.
