Location was good, even though the location on Booking was wrong and the owner refused to share the right location except on 3:00 p.m. and we had to take many taxis and spend few hours in a restaurant until he even responded !!!!!!

Poor owner treatment and communication Poor furniture (broken and dirty as hell) Poor facilities with no towels or paper rolls Poor everything Pics are like from 5 years old .. real furniture is dirty and broken allover Highly unrecommended !!!

The TV was not working and one of the ACs stoped working.

Fabulous location just 5mins from old town and fountain square. Large air con rooms with a balcony from each bedroom and comfy beds. Helpful apartment owner and cleaning staff, and a lovely patient driver was sent to collect us from airport. Drinking tap in kitchen was a bonus to fill up our water bottles, as well as a smoothie maker which i was delighted about as couldnt fit mine in suitcase. There is also an ATM right next to apartment which was handy and a few nearby supermarkets. There was confusion about the arranged transfer to airport but the cleaner who checked us out immediately sorted an uber for us and pre warned the driver not to overcharge us. Baku is just amazing, the food, the culture and super helpful/friendly people. I would stay here again.

Unfortunately on arrival the apartment was not up to my cleaning standards but the owner did get a cleaner out to try sort same day. Broken shower hose and loo seat but again owner did sort this on day 2. No dishwasher even after i pre checked this but we ended up eating out mostly in the end as too many amazing restaurants nearby so that didnt bother us. The sofa needs replaced as stained and smells of cigarettes. No basics like loo roll, washing up liquid, soap, bin liners, salt etc. like you would expect to have in an apartment which i found odd. This apartment has the potential to be a 9 out of 10 if standards were raised and issues sorted prior to guest arrivals but owner did act on all my complaints hence 7 out of 10.
