Clean room with basic needs in order

Lots of noise from room neighbours downstairs and in the morning drilling and street works at next-door industrial estate. In the shower area we had to use a towel to make a dam against flooding of the rest of the bathroom. The shower head was also mounted at a strange location and too low for a normal person. The area around the hotel had nothing to do with a "Park (lodge)" but was an industrial estate.

The location was fine. It is on the outskirts of the city. The direct area resembled a small industrial area, but the wider area was nice. It is quite close to a highway, which made it a bit noisy. The room was comfortable, well designed and very clean. The kitchenette is really useful and would do for some self-catering (there's no stove, though, only a microwave). The coffee- and tea selection was great.

It was quite warm in the room (we stayed in February) so we opened the window for fresh air during the night. Because of the closeness of the highway (and there was no wind) we did hear the sound of the highway clearly. With the window closed, there was no noise at all. There was no AC in the room, only a small table-fan. I would not know whether the temperature would be comfortable or too warm in summer.

Good location, near the city and the University Klinik. A short trip with the bus and you are in the old town. Clean, comfortable rooms, great choice of teas in the room. It's a little bit strange that there is not really a reception desk, but it all works all right

I didn't see a storage room for the clean sheets or towels, there was a big wagon parked near the room I stayed. It wasn't a really a problem, it is strange wenn you want to enter your room and find the cart near your door

Good Parking situation. Kitchenette. Small rooms but everything you need. Hot water.

Modern, spacious and very clean

all good just slightly outside of city but biking is convenient enough

facilities were excellent and the bed very comfortable.

Check in was a little strange (and unexpected) and not for technophobes ! No staff on hand to assist, so very much trial and error. Probably ideal for most “tech savvy” people.

The room was like a small studio and included some basic kitchen utensils like plates, forks, knifes, tea and coffee maker etc. Since there is no reception, you need to enter with a machine that supplies a printed code.

Nothing was mentioned about breakfast at the Booking page (it should be mentioned that breakfast is not available). I arrived in the dark and it was somewhat hard to find. It would be useful to mention that the hotel is behind the bowling centre. There is no lift, but there is only one upper floor. For a drink you may go to the bowling center next door (open until 10 p.m.)

perfect to rest a night and continue the trip. room are clean and have all the facilities you need to prepare your own breakfast and is clean!

Very nice place. "Lobby" is like a greenhouse. Super cozy. Nice, large clean room with a scent of fresh flowers. Plenty of coffee and tea selections. Will surely visit again.

Showerhead was broken. It has a ceiling shower head which is impossible to maintain be ordinary staff, so this is just a bad design, but a normal shower hose worked fine.

Very spacious apartment. Quiet and very comfortable beds. Well suited for short a stay.

Pretty new hotel but already some broken wall mounting in the shower. Sink in toilet room was not well cleaned. Opening the door with pin code was not super straight forward. Had to ask another guest for help. Instructions should be more clear. No freezer compartment in fridge.
