Unfortunately, the only good thing about this property is the location in Brickell. All else was a total disappointment. The pictures do not reflect reality, my partner and I got catfished with this property.

1) The host has very poor communication, unresponsive and replies in some automated format without resolving any issues. They charged us 200$USD security deposit and it’s been 3 weeks since our stay, we have not gotten it back yet. 2) We had 20-30 cockroaches in our apartment that we killed over 5 nights, horrible! The host did absolutely nothing. So unsanitary. The fridge was leaking. 3) Building has horrible customer service. The people at the front desk of this establishment DID NOT let us wait with our bags when we arrived at 11am for our check in time at 3pm. Their luggage storage was full and they told us we were not allowed to sit in the lobby with our luggage - kicked us out with our suitcases, imagine that!

The kitchen had no seasonings, or materials needed for cooking like a spatula or can opener the bathroom tub needs to be repainted, and the cabinets in the bathroom also were broke. The sheets that were left were also to small for the bed. The key fog didn’t work when I first arrived so I had to go to the front and replace it. Also a roach was spotted in bathroom. So I suggest it gets exterminated.

Easy check-in and check-out (helpful staff), central location, spacious and excellent sports facilities (pool, gym), fully self-sufficient (stove, oven, microwave, fridge, washer & dryers, dishwasher, coffee maker), wonderful large and comfortable bed, pleasant air conditioning, spacious balcony. It was very convenient to have washer and dishwater detergent pads in the apartment, thus not requiring to go out to buy some.

private Wifi did not work on arrival (just when you need it most, but I was able to get working), didn´t find towels at first (they were in dryer), door handles to balcony was in disrepair (but working nonetheless), broom and kitchen towels missing (would be good to have for smaller spills and cleanup), no basic cooking supplies in kitchen (e.g. salt, sugar, cream, oil). While most guests will probably buy new supplies over the course of their stay, it would be convenient to have a small stock (e.g. individually packaged) for first night (as was the case for the washer and dishwasher detergent). Parking on 9th floor was cumbersome (lots of narrow ramps)

Location of property was very good. Value for money was excellent. Overall property was a good size with decent facilities and a nice balcony with view.

Communication with the host was challenging before the stay, had multiple different lines of communication open with sporadic responses. Some parts of the apartment were not fully functional on arrival.

The property had a great Balcony where one Can enjoy coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening. A great pool and jacuzzi on the 14th floor.

There was nothing to not like:)
