Hi. Last night we got there and the hotel could not find reservation under Nicolas Alvarez. I gave them the Booking confirmation number. We had to do a walk in reservation and pay $834.50. We need to resolve this matter for the bad time we had as we were there for my son wedding reception We need you to credit our Discover credit card ASAP The hotel said they could not do anything as I did reservation through booking. Breakfast was delicious and Wellesley our server was amazing!!! Very, very nice and professional. This trip was to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday. The staff at Drake's were wonderful! They provided complimentary cake and toasted him, as well as sang happy birthday! Thank you for such a memorable and beautiful stay.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas.

Hotel needs a facelift as it is showing it’s signs of age and wear and tear. Valet fee was exorbitant and there were many things that were a lost opportunity for this hotel as far amenities are concerned.

The location is excellent. Wellesley our server during breakfast.

The rooms are SOOOOO dated!! Ours was decked out in the ugliest yellow imaginable. The bathroom was old looking. Light switches from the 90s. The rates charged should more than compensate for a full makeover of this bland hotel. Also, get new toasters that work for your breakfast buffet table. Waited 10 minutes for my bread to toast. I wasn’t alone in this observation.

Superb personnel, awesome common facilities, bar and restaurants, bar is specially comfy.

Expensive daily rate should include breakfast and basic snacks in the room. Bathrooms could be better, include bathtubs and others.

The MOST AMAZING STAFF EVER! Salvatore (Bellman) greeted us everyday with first class service! He needs to be promoted to General Manager! He was genuine, helpful, trustworthy and friendly! Wesley in the restaurant/bar gave superb service with a smile! My Mother and I will return just to see them and visit this beautiful hotel!! I will ALWAYS stay here when I visit Miami!! The front desk attendants were well groomed and friendly! The housekeeper on the 16th floor was so nice also! Our toilet overflowed when we first arrived to our room. The plumber was kind and the front desk moved us down the hall immediately to another beautiful room! The food and drinks were super tasty! The best Negroni and Calamari ever! It is convenient! Five star restaurants close by and a CVS next door! Simply the best!!

the cleanliness and attentiveness that was shown by the staff was impeccable! I advised staff of my very very short stay at the Hilton cabana and they were very nice about the matter and even upgraded our room! We loved our stay and will definitely be back!
