Adorei nossa estadia no Hampton. O atendimento foi muito cordial, educado e gentil. O café da manhã foi excelente. Ótimo quarto . Pena não ter piscina disponivel no local, mas nosso lazer foi resolvido nos concedendo ótima piscina em outro hotel. Eu recomendo o Hotel Hampton Inn .
Demora em estornar o valor do deposito de 50 dolares por quarto no check-in. No geral gostei de tudo.

Nos asignaron la habitación antes de la hora de check in, las personas del front desk fueron muy amables, el desayuno muy completo y excelente limpieza en la habitación y zonas comunes. Tener el metro al lado es una nueva experiencia en una ciudad que requiere de carro para recorrerla.

Posizione ottima, vicino a South Miami Avenue e al treno che ti porta direttamente in aeroporto con poco più di 2 dollari. Struttura molto bella e pulitissima. Camera gigante con snack, cialde nespresso, acqua comprese nel prezzo. Drink offerto al bar al nostro arrivo. Caffé e the disponibli sempre al piano lobby. Colazione super ricca a varia. Staff super cordiale, ringrazio Mikka che al nostro arrivo tardi per volo cancellato, ci ha omaggiati di un late check out.
Purtroppo la piscina era chiusa per rifacimento.

No luggage assistance. One working elevator with the lobby on the 6th floor and public parking on floors 1-5, getting in and out of the hotel was difficult.

the hotel itself is a bit dated but the location more than makes up for it when you consider the pricing and the only other hotels around. i stay here regularly whenever i have an overnight in Miami and will continue to do so.

The room was perfect; clean and comfortable. Location was also good. Breakfast can be improve with more variety of products; hot and cold, and fruit. For a Hampton by Hilton I would expect a better place for breakfast

For Brickell trip, location is Great, near to all places and metro; quiet street with many services around.
The price, the service and brakfast.
It is really unacceptable to charge this level of prices to have cleaning room every two days and a basic breakfast serve in disposable plates in the lobby of the hotel.
If that is the Hotel standard and I understand probably the ration, You can not charge those prices. Or at least I highly recommend not to pay for it.

Location and breakfast were great
At checkout, the front desk woman charged my card that was on file before asking whether we wanted to use that card for the full payment or a different card. The bill was to be split between two people on two different cards but she was too fast to process it without asking.

Nos encantó todo, desde el check in hasta el check out. En el área del desayuno nos complacieron preparándonos un desayuno especial la Sra. Luz nos trató muy bien. Lo recomiendo al máximo. Las muchachas del check in nos orientaron de la transportación y como debíamos movernos para tratar de verlo casi todo en 3 días. Lugar tranquilo y bien céntrico. Excelente lo recomiendo al 200%
