A academia é pobre ! Pouca diversificação de equipamentos

Location, beautiful and tastefully decorated, modern and very clean, smelled amazing . The rooftop terrace and pool!

It was almost perfect , no complaints!

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay here. We did pay for a bay view, which we did not get, however they had upgraded our room to a suite which was great size. The room had Rituals body wash and shampoo/condition which was a lovely touch. The rooftop pool was very clean and tidy, and we found it easy to walk everywhere within the Brickell and Downtown area. To get further we used Uber.

There is parking but it was $30/day so we handed back the rental car and decided to walk and use Uber. The Gym was very small for the size of the hotel so felt cramped if more than 3 people using it at the same time. The staff at the front desk were also very slow to attend to us, even though there were 4 receptionists only 1 was checking in the guests. We paid for the bay view but were put in a room on the 2nd floor,parallel to the train line which was very noisy during the night, and there was no view. When I questioned this I was told that we had been upgraded to a suite, however I would have preferred a smaller room, with the bayview on a high floor as I had booked. They also didn't explain this to us when we checked in.

El host asiático del front desk descarada y burlonamente nos dijo que la descripción de la habitación “view to the park” era realmente view to the “park-ing”, nos sentimos robados con este cambio porque realmente si hay un parque del otro lado, el hotel colinda con el metro y se siente fuerte de noche al pasar, la tarjeta del parqueadero nunca funcionó y tocó ir tres veces a recepción a arreglarlo perdiendo tiempo valioso de vacaciones, vería otra opción la próxima vez en Brickell.

The food was delicious, the roof top pool was a nice way to relax, staff very friendly.

Pressure in the showers wasn’t great

El Fitness Center del hotel está muy bien.

Eramos 4 en la habitación y no conseguimos que ningún día nos dejarán más de un botellín de agua, pidiéndolo e profeso a la limpieza de habitaciones. Además la nevera del minibar siempre estuvo vacía.

The food was a little high and the tv kept messing up.
