Staff is really nice. I am booking from uK for my parents and they were very helpful. I spoke to a gentleman called Sarthak who was extremely efficient in his work and made sure my parents stay was excellent. I definately recommend this hotel for a lovely stay.

The Kanishka Retreat Resort is a new property at Chail. It is neatly maintained. The rooms are comfortable and provides good view of the valley. It is far from the hustle and bustle of the city and is very peaceful. The food was satisfactory....
During our stay the lift was not working due to which one had to climb the stairs even with luggage at times.

Location was good & rooms are spacious.
Dust in the atmosphere so room & furniture was dusty. Lot of smoke around property. Services was too slow. Lot of menu items missing in food. Average food. Bathroom shower was throwing water all around the bathroom.

The staff was well mannered, polite and very helpful. Food was excellent as were the restaurant staff. Rooms were big and well maintained. Even in the middle of the night Hotel extended all the courtesies.
