Location & View was AMAZING. Watched whales from the balcony every day. The little grass area was a nice bonus too.

The keys in a safe box at the location wouldve been better after a long trip to get there. But all in all not a huge drama.

Apartment was gorgeous and one of the best stocked kitchens I have seen. Was a very comfortable apartment. Would have given a higher rating if not for the key access.

Having to go to Kingscliff to pick up and drop off keys.

Location excellent across road from Norries Headland, could see ocean from balcony. Apartment also had grassed area and outside shower. Nice modern roomy apartment.

Ground maintenance and common areas needed attention. Large mat in lounge room needs a professional clean

The location to the beach is good but it is a busy road.

The check in was terrible, we left home at 4:30am with two young children and got a phone call when we’re half way there saying the property had flood damage and they needed to send in a second lot of cleaners and check in wouldn’t be till 4pm instead of 2pm. That was obvious a lie as when we arrived at the property at 3:45pm the cleaners were only just arriving and they hadn’t been there that day. We didn’t end up checking in until 4:30. After they did a quick clean. There was still fries on the floor in the bunk room. There was also a mix up with the keys and no keys were at the property management desk when we arrived after they had just told us on the phone to come straight to the office. Useless property management team as no one had stated on the property for three days prior. Also the lawn maintenance guy came day 4 or our 7 day stay and whipper snipped the lawn leaving the grass clippings all over the lawn. See photos.
