The location is awesome

The owners need to spend money on this house. Furniture and furnishings disgusting - indoor and outdoor. Bbq unusable - bbq plate rusted and peeling, 2 out of 3 tv's broken. 12 out of 14 pedestal fans filthy with dust and totally rusty - 1 fan even had tape around the controls to hold the button on. Crockery and cutlery all need's to be replaced - obviously old bits and pieces from the owners home. Broken outdoor furniture had been left laying around the side of the house. We were unable to use an outdoor hose as the tap had been removed. Garbage bins need cleaning more often.

Loved the beach front location of the house! Loved that it could fit my family and extended family to have a much needed post Covid family catch up! Loved the simplicity of the beach ‘Shack’ house, a few more comforts would have been nice... But the beds were comfy and the linen was fresh 👌

The house and furniture was more run down than I had realised, there wasn’t enough curtains on a few rooms to actually block out the sun, a few holes in the walls from the door knobs going though, a crack in the glass sliding door upstairs (lady at reception where I collected keys said these are known and being fixed - possibly let guests know that prior to) and the vacuum didn’t work. I also always like to think when a house sleeps 10 it can seat 10 as well, possibly a extra couch upstairs and a few more chairs at the table would be great. Also the tv down stairs didn’t have an antenna chord?.... a few odd things like that, but we adjusted well and enjoyed our time.
