Perfect location, renovated place.

City centre location within 2 mins of a good cheap car park, and the tram line.

Codes for access can be iffy, but someone helped. Behind a large noisy converted church into a bar; but to be fair no noise as we were lower ground.

Bed was comfortable

We were not given an entry code and had to phone the agent to get it once we arrived. The apartment had not been cleaned thoroughly and definitely not to covid standards. The apartment is in desperate need of a deep clean, carpets were filthy, stains up walls, dirty stained bed spread, radiator and toilet brush in bathroom grimy. In fact the whole place just felt grimy and dirty. Cigarette butts on terrace. Didn’t even attempt to use coffee machine or toaster. Not a pleasant stay

Very clean, close to centre. Quick to respond when i had a problem with the gate access code.

Didn’t feel it was clearly explained before booking that biometric data would be required to check-in. There was noise from the other rooms unfortunately, and sometimes the phone belonging to someone in the other room kept requesting access to connect to my TV so walls not the thickest. The entrance gate worked initially but then wouldn’t accept my entry code, but this was sorted out quickly but then meant the gate was not secure.

Location would be hard to beat. Parking is off site (5min walk) but so long as the weather is good its a pleasant walk.

The room was not well cleaned. Dust and hairs in many places. For the price paid I would have expected more high end bedding and toiletries. Towels were not premium either. Unfortunately, the location determined the price at this room, not the value. Also, sound proofing is poor. The bar next door could be clearly heard well into the early hours.

This is not a hotel. It is apartments. So, no breakfast. The location was excellent.

The apartment was tired. The blind didn’t work the window latch also broken. The mattress on the sofa bed was appalling. The springs were so prominent they may as well have been exposed! A shame because that’s not a difficult thing to get right.

The room is so close to shops bars ect... right on the doorstep, very clean lovely veiw of the city, the bath is amazing looking up out at the sky was amazing, massive comfy bed overall will be staying again trying out the other rooms 😀😀😀 the person i spoke too was great to very professional

The location was good. Bed was comfortable.

The fake plants were thick with dust, fridge was dirty. Zip broken on bed cushion. Overall was not a luxury apartment. The noise from the exterior door was a nuisance but the worst thing was the noise from the room above. On the first night, they were screeching and running about from 11 until 2 in the morning. Second night, they played music so loudly, the floor was shaking. This went on from midnight until 3.30. O'clock in total, I had three hours sleep each night and left feeling ill. The £250 deposit was a nasty suprise when booking in online. The Bobbin room should come with a warning it can be very noisy.

Very good location, close to city centre. Well presented apartment, but only required it for sleeping so did not use kitchen facility.

Not happy that we had to provide photo ID in the form of a passport before the accommodation released the door entry code, even though we had paid in full by credit card !! Very expensive for one night stay especially as 10am check out, and no free parking available. However we were lucky to get a space in the tiny public car park opposite accommodation which cost an additional £!8 for 24 hours.

Amazing location and great views! Right next door to a lovely restaurant/bar too but at night you can barely hear anything through the windows.

The shower pressure wasn't great, but that could have just been my room

One of the windows didn't open, we couldn't find the remote to the AC and the room got very hot. The be seemed broken as the mattress went off to one side.

Excellent communication from the property management team, really accommodating. Property was comfortable, stylish, well equipped and in an excellent location. We will definitely use it again.

Bathroom was a bit small, but perfectly functional, space elsewhere was superb!

Cleanliness could be better especially of the kitchen sink, toaster etc. Sofa was not very comfortable for sleeping.

Great location , very comfy

Loved the location, so surprised at the level of soundproofing from the street we were very impressed. The room was lovely, nice decor, comfortable bed.

Unfortunately the group above us were very noisy late into the evening and early hours.

gorgeous layout and aesthetics, and apps so great for me to use and relax at the TV. very clean and honestly was really good, lovely place allowed me to check in and out on my own time without any hassle

saw a couple of flies and the bathroom had a bit of an off odour but I think that was due to plunking because after flushing the toilet all smelt fine

Very compact Pictures did not portray the real layout Suggested there was a bedroom where there clearly wasn’t Noisy neighbours - couple had a blazing row through the night, slamming doors and very abusive language used. Not the expectation but appreciate out of the control of the accommodation owners.

wasn’t quite the layout expected. was advertised as having a signed in a living room but there was not separate living room. it doesn’t have any parking facilities and local car parks can be expensive

Location is so central. Lots of bars and restaurants so close to the accommodation. The balcony is a nice touch. Nice apartment.

The cleanliness! And you charge £40 for cleaning! Definitely needs a different cleaning company! Splatter marks on the walls, mirrors are smeary, kitchen area splash back dirty, stains on the carpet. Smells a bit fusty too. Could do with a tea towel. The glass coffee table isn't a great idea especially trying to move it to set the not comfortable sofa bed up.

The room was stunning, very modern and beautifully decorated. The views from the room were also beautiful and the air con unit worked wonders.

The bed wasn't very comfortable and was quite small however due to the width of the room I don't think a bigger bed would fit. A few cob webs on the ceilings and windows. The shower could have also been more powerful.
