The apartment is stunning and the balcony overlooking that gorgeous view is breathtaking Apartment is very spacious with a bonus having 2 bathroom with plenty of hot water The pool and sitting area is very relaxing Having a supermarket and bus stop within walking distance was ideal

The day we arrived I got an email from Elena explaining where to pick the key from and instructions to apartment saying it was on the right as you exit lift, in fact there are two apartment doors! Tried both doors to no avail. Rang the contact number and left a message ( nobody ever got back to me) We kept trying the open the door and managed it after struggling for ages After a couple of days stay I emailed Elena to highlight a few problems we were having in the apartment. Again still waiting for a reply The air con unit in lounge was continuously on and there was no ‘off’ button on it making sitting there in the evening uncomfortable. A few remote controls around but none worked the air con unit Kitchen needs more basic equipment, preparation stuff, more cutlery and glasses to use the dishwasher sensibly for four people No oven gloves, dishcloth, water jug. Standard lamp/wall light in lounge didn’t work. No welcome guide with local information More importantly no instructions leaflets on how to use any of the equipment in the apartment. Not a clue how to use the induction hob. Changed the batteries in the TV remote as couldn’t get it to work

初めて中に入った瞬間、広いリビングルームと窓ごしに見るニースの海辺の景色を前に、とても豊かな気持ちになりました。シャワールームが２つ、寝室も２部屋あり、ベッドもとても寝心地が良いので、長旅のあとに自分のペースで疲れをいやすことができます。広いバルコニーに出ると、時々刻々と移り変わるニースの表情を楽しむことができます。また、すぐ近くにあるカルフールでチーズやワインを買ってきて、部屋でゆっくりと団らんしたことも良い思い出になりました。とにかくゆったりと過ごせる、快適な空間でした。

ニース市街まで徒歩では20分以上かかりますし、坂道なので、バス利用（または車）が基本になると思います（バス停はすぐ近くにあり、乗ってしまえば街中まで10分程度です）。一度出かけるとホテルに戻るには少々時間を要します（その代わりに街中にはないゆったりした部屋で過ごせますが）。 玄関の鍵の回し方は少し慣れが必要なので、チェックイン時にしっかりと確認しておいた方がよいと思います。

In a beautiful location, stunning views. Apart from the city centre but near a bus stop and convenience store. The host was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond.

The air conditioner in the living room was not quite as efficient as we would have liked.

The views from the family room and the surround balcony were excellent - wish we had more time in the apartment to enjoy them. We liked having parking inside the gates of the apartment building, The location was quite good. The apartment was high-end, super clean, and very well maintained. Automated blinds and shares everywhere was a great touch! We arrived late - around 10pm, one of the owner waited for us to hand over the keys and to introduce us to the apartment. Thank you!
