Location was good, clean, well stocked kitchen. WiFi was good (take own firestick if you want tv channels )
Dark dingy corridors which smelt of damp dogs and cannabis, dated decor and furniture that needs updating, sofa was small and dirty, cushions ripped, rotten wood on windows, stains on the carpet and wall, no tv channels as Ariel didn’t work, good job we was only there for 1 night

The apartment was very well cleaned generally and whoever was responsible did an excellent job.
The lingering smell of wet dog which couldn't be hidden with cleaning products, the graffitti on the kitchen door, the dirty carpets and small uncomfortable mattress.

The location of the apartment is great, access was easy with the codes etc, communication was good and the towels were lovely!
Unfortunately, apart from the general lower quality accommodation standard than we have had before (entrance/stairways cold, old, untidy, basic decor, some tired floor coverings, bathroom radiator not working, heating poor and no tea and coffee facilities) our stay was significantly tarnished by an extremely strong smell of cannabis smoke coming from a neighbouring apartment (The Suite). It was what greeted us when we arrived and was also in our apartment making us feel sick. When we came back late in the evening, the corridor was filled with fumes that you could physically see. We did mention this to Pure Serviced during their courtesy call and they said they were aware and having a problem with a neighbouring owner/occupier. This needs to be rectified asap so as not to impact further customer stays. Lastly, the apartment had no mirrors apart from a tiny one fixed in the bathroom. This made getting ready for an evening out more challenging!! A full length mirror in the bedroom is needed.

perfect size , kitchen brilliant for what we wanted. spotlessly clean. bed soft and comfortable
shower unit leaking water. toilet seat moved when sat on. towel rail coming off of the wall. windows overlooking neighbour .

visiting family in Plymouth , just needed somewhere clean and reasonably priced to stay of a night. This was perfect.
lots of stairs and could hear movement from other properties but not a major problem.

The location was absolutely perfect for our purposes. Lots of great restaurants nearby.
A better mattress would have been appreciated.

..The noise from the above apartment.stayed one night .would be an idea to have coffee/tea facilities .plus washing up liquid ,just a suggestion.

The location was great, spacious apartment very central to the harbour loads of places to eat and little shops to browse.
The bathroom could have been cleaner, no broom or anything to sweep up before departure. Could be better signposted walked past a few times before realising we were right by the front door. Parking is quite a walk from the apartment with luggage and not easy to pull up and wait outside to unpack as lane is very narrow.

You are very informative people, fabulous location right in the barbican, exactly where I wanted the be, exceptionally well equipped kitchen, if only I could live there,
It could have been a little cleaner, shower needed better cleaning, oscillating fan needed cleaning, lounge curtains need to be rehung, bedroom heater socket behind the door needs dusting, ( easily missed ) just tiny issues that can be easily rectified, and you would have received 10/10

Lovely old building in a Fantastic location, 1 min walk from the Harbour with a car park very close
No view and very dark inside, uncomfortable mattress and no toilet brush (which was a bit grim) otherwise it was ok

Was right next to our favourite fish and chips shop, and right near the Hoe so was lovely to be back and so close
If I had to nit pick, it would be the mattress being too soft for my liking! But that’s being critical. Was an otherwise lovely stay

Extremely well equipped and spacious rooms. Very clean and tidy.
The only view from the window was of the apartments opposite, which were very, very close.

We found the host Pureserve to be extremely considerate and communicative. They were very sensitive to fact that we had travelled to Plymouth for a family member’s funeral. Flat was very clean and comfortable and in a great location in the Barbican. Perfect little place for a stay in Plymouth for access to the Barbican and the Hoe.

The bed was comfortable. My daughter was staying with me, we simply put an air bed up in the lounge and it was plenty big enough for the two of us and the dog.
Possibly could have done with a few extra cleaning products but other than that it was fine.

Great location, easy proximity to the town centre.
It was noisy in the mornings and could hear the people above us.
