Beautiful location, peaceful surrounds and gorgeous views.

We had to do a bit of tidying in order to make the accommodation comfortable. Small things such as unclogging hair from the shower in order for it to drain, wiping down mildly dusty kitchen benches and removing cobwebs from around bed head, bedside tables, kitchen sink and corners of kitchen benches.

It was nice and close to beach but still far enough from the hustle and bustle. Great location.

We arrived at 4.30pm and the apartment was still not cleaned. My husband and I had to wait another half hour while 3 girls cleaned the apartment. It was a quick clean. Outside area wasn’t cleaned so we didn’t use it. There was a dead rat and leaves, cobwebs and the outside furniture all dusty. It said on the booking information that there was Wifi. When I rang Paradiso Resort I was told there wasn’t any. Very disappointing. Kitchen clearing hasn’t been finished renovated. Such a shame because it could so much more if small details were meet. Regards less with the issues we encounter, my husband and I made the most of it. But will not be returning or recommending this property, which is a shame. Marlene Ibanez-Vasquez

On a beautiful farm, looking at a big pile of dirt I weeded gardens (wish that wasn’t there).

Patio was dirty with a cigarette, cigarette packet ripped up and bird poo everywhere. I watered the poor plants they looked so dry. The shower would not turn off properly so dripped water loudly. The shower door wouldn’t close properly so water went all over the floor when you took a shower in the smallest shower I have ever been in it made a high pitched sound no matter how you turned the taps. No TV but there was wifi.

Such a cosy cottage overlooking the sunflower patch and farm. Great location but also very private. We really loved the outdoor fire place in the garage space, and the hammocks around the farm. Staff escorting us there from paradiso resort where we collected keys were very friendly and helpful. Bed was great! Beautiful crokery.

Perhaps some kindling, newspaper and firelighters could be provided, as the timber was damp so we had to purchase this ourselves. Also some basic supplies like milk and ice in freezer.. Extra loo paper and some basic pantry essentials like oil, salt & pepper would have been helpful.

We loved the the fire place and we had no close neighbours. The privacy.

No Tv to watch the news.

Loved the outlook...very peaceful and refreshing, and the accomodation had great facilities, especially kitchen, laundry and huge rustic outdoor area with fireplace. Having the cafe on the farm was very handy for breakfast and kids loved being able to run around and ride bikes to see the animals.

Floor can get a bit dusty or dirty as red soil comes in on shoes and wind but is to be expected on a farm. Pack some closed shoes.

The location is amazing! A relaxing retreat out in nature- but still close enough to other places so there is plenty to do and see. Food at the cafe was delicious and everyone is very friendly, including the dogs!

We had to go into Kingscliff to 'collect a key' from paradisio restort but when we got there they just gave as a code. If there is a way to make payment online and get the code in an email or text so we could have gone straight to the property I think that would have been smoother. Also clearer directions to Farm& Cosy in an email would be great as we found the cafe super easy but didn't know where to go from there.
