The staff in general was very helpful. The included breakfast buffet was great. Rooms are big and clean.

All of the pools were extremely warm. Food and beverage at the restaurants were fairly expensive.

The layout: pools/restaurants never felt crowded although it was high season and a family-friendly place. Traditional breakfast buffet, fresh and tasty. The restaurants are hit and miss: stick to seafood. Ordered once room service, some of the food was bad but we were not charged. Excellent customer service!

IMPOSSIBLE to get a chair by the pool. most high end resorts crack down on chair saving but not here. every chair is gone by 8am and people don’t return for hours. the food is subpar. it’s just mediocre and the food is much better off property. the service is also slow in many of the places

I think it’s just way over priced very much so compared to other destinations in Mexico

The people were amazing. The place is nice. The beach is nice but you can go to Cabo or Playa or Toulouse Cancun for much less money and get it just as nice of a place to stay. And it’s more expensive to fly there.

Beautiful grounds, great staff in kids club (but they charge hourly) and staff at beach and restaurants. Great water slide for kids and pool area. Codex and mesquite restaurants have great location by/on the beach.

Food and drinks are pricey. 2 x margaritas will set you back $45-50 with tax, service charge, resort tax and then optional tip. An appetizer is $25, sandwich/burger is $35 and main $40-80. There are no other options within walking distance. Just need to factor in $300 a day for this (small family).

Staff are very accommodating and friendly from the concierge, to the restaurant staff, to all the poolside staff. Foods are good. A little pricey but quality is good. Room was spacious, clean.

2 out of 6 nights when we were there we found the party music was a little too loud and the parties went on till 11:00pm on both nights . There were also guests smoked in the room and the cigarette smell got into our room which was not pleasant .
