Excellent location steps from Petaling street market. Many restaurants nearby. Rooms with great city views. Comfortable bed. Nice pool. Breakfast good.

Das Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel macht einen sehr schicken und noblen Eindruck. Das Zimmer war groß und hatte alles was ich brauchte (manches war versteckt, z.B. die Tassen). Es war sehr sauber und wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Der Ausblick war einfach super, ich konnte die Petronas Twoser, den Kl Tower, Medeka 108 und Exchange 106 von Fenster aus sehen. Unten ist ein schönes veganes Cafe/ Restaurant und in der Umgebung gibt es einige Möglichkeiten essen zu gehen oder kleine Sacks zu kaufen z.B.711. Die Petaling Street ist um die Ecke. Im Hotel besteht auch die Möglichkeit seine Wäsche waschen zu lassen oder es selbst zu tun.

- Da kann das Hotel nichts dafür, aber die Wegbeschreibung von Google Maps zum Hotel war manchmal irreführend.

The staff , the pool and the room were all lovely. The location for everything in China town is amazing. The hotel information gives you local recommendations this is really useful.

Sadly the person in the room above me walked up and down several times in the middle of the night each time waking me up . So I choose to move hotel . I was sad to do so I loved the pool and the hotel .

我喜歡一進房門整片落地窗，不管白天或晚上都可以欣賞景色! 床鋪也非常好睡，躺上去基本上就不想下床了!! 客房服務超有禮貌的! 房間裡的熱水無法水龍頭或蓮蓬頭都超快速的，非常棒! 入住的這3天我女兒感冒，客房整理時知道我女兒生病了，直接一口氣提供我們6瓶水(一般只有2瓶)，隔天也是提供6瓶水，真的服務很貼心!

Fantastic corner room, brilliant service, good variety at buffet brekky. the bar manager (of Indian heritage) at JANN7 was engaging and attentive - he is a credit to the Marriott Group!

Excellent location in Chinatown - just opposite well-known cafes and restaurants and a street away from Petaling Street. Modern, comfortable room with floor to ceiling windows - great view of the open sky and sunset.

The location was excellent, staff members were very helpful and polite, bed was extremely comfortable, room was cleaned well and amenities provided were good.

Breakfast options were a little limited (especially vegetarian options), and there was a slightly unpleasant smell from the toilet drain but nothing unbearable.

The location is convenient. Near to MRT and Chinatown and city center. Eateries (mostly non-halal) around the hotel. There is happening night life and murals around the hotel as well. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Excellent front desk. Comfortable bed with city view. Room is comfortably spacious. There is ironing board in the room.

The price is on higher end.

It’s my second stay here and the hotel is clean and comfortable as per usual, ideal location as it’s in Chinatown and it’s only about 10mins drive to KLCC area, staff are polite and helpful

View and location

It is a relatively new hotel so it is very clean. The room is also spacious and near to Petaling street which makes having meals easy

Nothing i don’t like about the property exactly, but more of things to note: 1. soundproof not exactly good, can hear live band up till late night (but i think it depends on how sensitive you are to sound as some family members shared the noise isn’t that loud and was manageable for them). 2. the lift - there is 3 lift that serves the guest rooms, need wait very long during busy times like in the morning (and the lift easily become “overload” capacity states 17 - there was once, 9 people in the lift with a lot of room space yet lift shows overload sign). so if you need to rush to airport/for transport in the morning, may be good to factor in lift waiting time (for us, we took 10mins to get to the ground floor)
