The hosts were nice and caring. It is noticeable that the hotel was created with much love and attention to detail.

Bugs in my bed. No stairs coming to the beach and no proper walking path. Breakfast is not included in the price. I would say it was a bit pricey for what was offered. Local people offer better hospitality and cheaper.

Stayed at Maria Bonita the last days of my vacation and I really wish I would have come earlier - had the best time there! This place that the owners have created is just full of heart and makes you feel like you have arrived home. In the end it’s not the cozy rooms, the amazing food in their cafe, the location right at the beautiful beach or the familiar atmosphere in their hotel that makes you wanna stay longer, but rather the super welcoming and kind hearted personality of the owners, especially Maria, that makes you wanna stay forever. In retrospective it was definitely one of my most enjoyable stay of all the travels I have done (which were quite a lot). Definitely recommended!!!

Maria Bonita is an amazing cozy place! Owner of the house Christina is unbelievably friendly and nice person. You feel yourself at home from the first minute visiting this house. Also a huge advantage (for dog-lovers) are three incredibly adorable dogs that live in the yard. Those dogs will just make your heart melt! The property itself is very lovely and nicely done. Especially I would highly recommend rooms upstairs with the ocean view. Also small cafe at the property is a great place to chill and have breakfast and lunch in a pleasant company. It’s also lovely that there is a variety of local places around to have a coffee and grab a bite. Maria Bonita is one of the coziest places to stay in Ahangama. Highly recommend it!
