Booked the villa for one night, received the booking confirmation too. However, when we arrived at the property it was closed. There weren't anyone to receive us. It turns out that the property owner lives overseas and has not communicated to the caretaker about the booking. The property wasn't cleaned nor was it in a state to accomodate any guests. Thanks to the neighbours they managed to contact the caretaker who had to come all the way from another city. Until then we had no way of contacting anyone from the property, the mobile number given is useless, nobody will answer and it is indeed a foreign number.

Really friendly and helpful house manager and Ziv was very responsive.

No mosquito nets over beds as advertised, we were told to go and buy some plug in mosquito repellants. The bathrooms are tired, with rusty fittings and mould around the shower. The grout in the pool needs repair, my children had cuts on their hands and feet from the sharp tiles. The kitchen space & facilities are very basic, the cooker oven doesn't work so there was a separate surface oven.

The location of the property was within walking distance of Kabalana which was a plus. The outdoor chill area and pool were excellent. Fun and private. Pool was a perfect temperature to enjoy during the day.

Oh boy, where should I start. The villas are entirely incomplete. The new owners had purchased the project and done renovations. We had rented the property for a week over new year and everyday we had issues, below are VERY FEW things that had gone wrong: - Clogged shower and poor drainage, master bedroom bathroom had a pool of its own - Stove tripped the electricity to the whole house, so the pizza we had left over or anything else of that matter was cold (no breakfasts of any kind) - No electricity for 3/6 days we stayed. Owners blamed the local power cuts, sure but no generators of any kind (unlike all villas around us) so had to sleep hot at night and covered in mosquito bites - Master bedroom door did not lock, front gate did not lock, no safety deposit box lock. Fixed only on the 4th day - No water on the 5/6th day, like at all. Completely off. - No hot water, none at all, at any point of our stay. - Animal poo on the lawn (no pets in the vicinity), cleaning lady did not clean outside ever, fresh towels only on request and the following day I have to admit, Ziv, the caretaker always looked after us and did his best to help but one thing fixed another broken. It ruined our New Year and the management did not even offer to give a discount or a partial refund. Will not recommend, will never stay here again.
