This place was absolutely wonderful to stay at. There was plenty of space, with a balcony, kitchen, living room, and bathroom. The futons were also quite comfortable. The location was ideal, seeing as it was close to many restaurants and shops. It was also about a 15-minute walk from Hikone Station, which was very convenient. Check-in was very easy, and the host made it easy to adjust my check-in time, even a bit last minute. The host also provided some snacks and drinks on the table for us to enjoy, which was really nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location, host, and property. Very comfortable and cozy, impressive given how spacious the apartment is. Great bathroom/toilet/shower. Highly recommend.

Host is working to improve the internet. They were very responsive and found an alternative solution when internet was having trouble, very generously offering other office space to us. We ended up just using our hotspot, so it wasn't an issue in the end. And we trust this will be resolved soon.
