The bed was big and comfortable, there was some tea at the room and candies at the hall. The bathroom is big.

The breakfast is ok, but we’ve missed some freshly baked bread. The apartment is nice, but it needs some small restoration intervention (e.g. it was missing a tile in the bathroom).

Great location, excellent hosts, I could message them on WhatsApp at any time and they were very responsive. Let us leave luggage on our last day so we could explore the city before leaving

Sharon was an amazing host. Check in was very clear. Rooms were amazing value and clean . Room sizes great. Loved having breakfast out on our balcony.

Sharon was perfect, come earlier so we can leave our lagguege before check in and we can leave after check out as well

the location, cleaning, balcony and the nice view, nice coffee, friendly hosts who were always available for us and would bring us whatever we needed.

the bath cabin drain was clogged or just not working properly. no proper white cover for the blankets unfortunately.

The hosts were kind and responsive. The bed was comfortable and our room was cleaned every day excellently. The breakfast in the morning was satisfying.

In February, the rooms were a little cold, but when we turned on the air conditioner, it was fine.

the property is situated very close to the city center and there are bus stations and metro stations within walking distance. Opposite to it, there is a pharmacy which is important. Andrea who was one of the two hosts was incredibly polite and helpful. Lastly, we really appreciated the fact that he gave us a small bottle of Prosecco on New Year’s Eve.

To begin with, upon booking I requested a double bed and I even messaged the property to confirm the double bed and they assured me that it has been settled. However, they never gave us a double bed, instead they gave us two single beds that were put next to each other. As one could imagine, this caused bad sleeping. Moreover, don’t have high expectations when it comes to cleaning. We were told that the towels are being changed every three days, we checked in on the 24th and until the 27th the towels weren’t changed and we had to use wet towels. When we addressed the issue to one of the hosts (Sharon) his response was “The cleaning lady didn’t come in today and I had to do everything on my own and with a newborn is not easy”. This is a pathetic and unprofessional response simply because it’s none of my problem that their staff didn’t show up. Even when they cleaned the room, many times they forgot to place a bath mat so we had to use towels for that purpose and also many towels that were dirty and put on the floor by us, they were folded back in place by the cleaning staff. Last but not least, there are many noises during the night coming from the bathroom and the street outside.
