spacious house, close to city center and things to visit around. nice decoration. full equipped kitchen.

lack of air-conditioning, in the hot days of August the heat was unbearable in the nights to sleep. bathroom towels were of the poorest quality and for a 4 days stay there should have been at least two pairs for each guest.

L'appartement est a deux pas du centre ville , le parking est juste à coté c' est très pratique le confort et la déco agréable; le prix est correct

À deux pas du centre historique, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, ce petit appartement dégage une atmosphère vintage et romantique. La décoration rappelle le début du 20e siècle, l'art déco et les années 1950, avec une touche rock'n'roll dans la pièce à vivre (qui comprend un petit salon et un lit double) et plus contemporaine dans la cuisine. Chaque objet a été choisi avec soin. Le parquet est charmant et chaleureux. Revers de la médaille, comme il est ancien, il grince. Dans la salle de bain, l'ambiance est délicieusement surannée. Datant du début du 20e siècle, le lavabo est une belle antiquité qui - logiquement - n'est pas doté de robinet à mitigeur. Cela ne nous a pas dérangés, mais les amateurs inconditionnels de "confort moderne" pourraient trouver cela peu pratique. Un petit balcon donne sur une grande cour, ceinte par de hauts bâtiments un peu décrépis. Le sol de cette «cour» est inaccessible, car il est recouvert d'un toit plat, vraisemblablement celui d’un entrepôt ou d’un parking couvert. La vue est très urbaine. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet appartement.

À l’attention des automobilistes: cela n’a rien à voir avec l’appartement lui-même, mais il n’y a décidément pas assez de places de parc à Annecy. Dans leurs voitures, les gens font la queue des heures pour tenter de rentrer dans les parkings couverts. En ville, certains horodateurs sont hors service, ce qui n’empêche pas la police de distribuer des contraventions.

This was the most beautiful, most amazing apartment we ever stayed at. The location was amazing, the apartment itself was beautifully furnished, with tasteful touches and details. Overall it was amazing experiance

Not that many things to complain about. Mostly stuff that are not really issues, but preferences. Like towels - I personally prefer different kind of towels, but not really an issue in itself. Or the fact that bathroom utilities were a bit "vintage" - not an issue, it fits with the rest of the apartment, just wouldn't be my first choice

Located in an awesome area, French style decorated and a full kitchen. We had a very nice stay there

Great location. Close to the train station, short distance from the city centre and Lake Annecy. This is a refurbished apartment in an old building. The apartment is served by an elevator which is convenient for luggages. Apartment furnishings are cute and has lots of character. Generally clean and comfortable. Apartment provides all the key things you need including washing machine and hairdryer. Host is very responsive and also allowed us to leave our luggages for a short while after check-out (as our train was in the early afternoon). Host also kindly helped with restaurant booking as we didn’t have a French number.

Water pressure at the shower isn’t that great though still generally comfortable. Wash basin in the bathroom is the antique type which has hot and cold water from separate taps. Fridge needs to be refreshed or replaced as it has a smell. Otherwise, a really comfortable stay.

No air conditioning so had to sleep with windows open as it was very warm- a bit noisy from the street.
