Well equipped house in great location. Big fully fenced yard and even a dog door. We enjoyed our stay here.

Property manager was great. Easy to communicate with. Great location for hiking.

The house was very clean. The kitchen is large and we’ll appointed for all your cooking needs. The fenced yard was perfect for our dog. The house is close to town and on a quiet street. Plenty of space for us all to relax after a fun day of hiking.

This was our 2nd time at Riley's Resort. The location is fabulously convenient, close to everything, and on a quiet street. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked, clean, and have lots of hot water and great water pressure. The bed and linens are very comfortable. Out dog loved the large fenced yard. We will be back for a 3rd time next year.

Place was as listed and reviewed. Well stocked and clean. Enjoyed having it for the four of us to unwind in after daily excursions. Our dog loved the fenced yard. Would’ve been nice to have a backyard patio area for sitting there. And a larger bed in master bedroom. Absolutely recommend Riley’s Retreat.

What a beautiful home! The kitchen and bathrooms were newly updated and huge! Spacious home with all of the amenities we needed, including all the pots and pans and other items needed in the kitchen, washer/dryer in the basement, cute backyard, and driveway. The property manager was super responsive to any questions. We were here for two weeks and had a lovely stay.

Zion Stays was very responsive. House was clean. Walking distance to Main St. My dog loved the doggie door. He doesn't have one at home.

We enjoyed staying there. The dogs especially liked having a fenced backyard.

The house was very clean and well arranged.. The Master bedroom and bath was very nice..There was enough appliances and supplies to start us off..2 grocery stores, 1 hike equipment place, and plenty of restaurants in the area.. Hiking to all the Parks was a very easy drive with beautiful views.

Perfect place to stay with your pets. Neat and clean. Great back yard. Walking distance to Kanab trail heads. So much to see and do!

I booked this home at the last minute and was really just looking for a place to sleep that allowed pets. I was very surprised by how wonderful this property is. There are fantastic up close views of the red cliffs, a huge fenced backyard and a warm and inviting indoor space. There is a huge binder with information on local trails and other things to do. The kitchen is well stocked. The master bath has a deep tub that is to die for! The a/c works great and there are ceiling fans. Another reviewer complained about the neighborhood which I find quite shocking. I thought it felt very safe and family oriented. There were kids out riding bikes and people out walking and pushing babies in strollers every evening. It was very quiet at night. There is a kind older couple who work in their garden behind the house during the day. The city park is 2 or 3 blocks away and has a pool. Best of all, this is the most pet friendly property I've ever stayed in. There are extra leashes, dog toys, pet blankets for the furniture. My husband and I own a cleaning company and I'm super picky about cleanliness. This home was immaculate and very comfortable. Be aware that the sprinklers come on at 7:30 a.m. and again in the middle of the day. They only run for a few minutes, but it can be a chilly surprise if you aren't expecting them. Check in and check out were super easy. I felt very welcome here and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great little place with all you need close to everything in Kanab land. Nice retreat with the in laws coming in from Chicago. We split our time between our home on Powder Mountain then the road trip to Kanab for some desert fun. A+

House was clean and has a well-stocked kitchen. The yard was great for our 2 dogs. I wish it had a shaded area to sit and enjoy it with them tho.

This lovely, beautifully furnished house is clean, comfortable and convenient to most everything. It is in the middle of the golden circle of 3 national parks. Near by Best Friends Animal Sanctuary is a must visit. Rocking V's is a fantastic restaurant and the owner is hoot. Back to the house, the kitchen and bathrooms are fully stocked. The shower has great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The bed is very comfortable with very nice pillows and linens. Our dog loved the huge, fully fenced, nicely manicured back yard. It is just as pictured and listed on line. We fell in love with Kanab and will come back and hope to stay in this welcoming home again.

The house was nice. The yard was smaller then the pictures make you think. The neighborhood was not the best. Neighbors across the street were partying all night on several of the nights of our stay. Dogs from around the neighborhood were barking all hours of the day and night. I would recommend the house but not the neighborhood if you are looking for something peaceful.

Beautiful surroundings around property, close to town, nice place to relax after hiking and sight seeing.

Great space. We only needed the master bedroom which was en-suite. Living room comfortable. We did not cook, but kitchen was roomy. Basement had laundry area., which was convenient. Fenced yard for dogs. Great response from property management. Will book again.

The house was incredibly comfortable, and I loved being able to walk out of the front door to trails in the red cliffs surrounding. The abode is clearly well-maintained, and you'll reap the benefit of that entirely, it's very cozy.

The house was perfect for our needs. Very close to excellent town and trail walking. We used our time to explore the entire area and it did not disappoint.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The yard and doggie door were great for the dogs. The location is perfect, you can walk to shops and restaurants and the neighborhood was wonderful for walking the dogs. We could even walk to hiking trails. The house is well stocked with everything you need (make sure you use the lemon hand soap, it’s divine). We would definitely stay again!
