The manager of swag cancelled our reservation for no reason without prior notice even though we promised our arrival with a credit card booking. As we were left with no choice we were forced to take an other property given to us by the Swag apartment manager named as Suvarna apartments.
They cancel your booking for no reason and force you to take other property in a threat that you will be charged for your entire booking cancellation.

I booked the apartment thru booking.com one day before my travel and the property sent me the confirmation as well. The payment option was pay at property while check-in. But next day morning, i received email from property that i should pay before 2 days in advance. When i called them, they informed that rooms are not available and offered me another apartment with almost double cost.

The property was really clean and tidy. And the staff was also super friendly. The owner was really helpful. Had a wonderful stay.
The receptionist was a little clueless and communication was difficult with her.

Rooms are clean and spacious
The room is around 2 KM from their advertised location.
No Safety guard for the apartment.
The bed in the advertisement say king bed but they have queen beds in the room, so very difficult to sleep especially with a small kid.

nothing. property is no longer operating. it’s closed. we ended up in the road and had to run around in the night to search for different hotel.

Useless two fellows in reception who doesn’t know anything about room service and customer satisfaction

Everything other than mr suresh...we were traveling with 2 senior citizens and 1 baby,day before our arrival they made us chose from another property giving reason that guests wants to continue thier stay in property which v booked prior, and receptionist made us pay extra 500 for gas connection, but beforehand they sent us msg in that they mentioned about gas connection,but when v reached they refused to give us gas ,v couldn't argue or change rooms in last minute bz of baby, v couldn't cook baby food in induction so v wanted gas at any cost...v booked for 6+1 , when v reached there, there was only 2 bed rooms,and one single sofa....so even if v use that ,only 5 person can sleep,what's d use of booking for 6 person, later mr Suresh provided us beds,and he was d only person made us stay better,, but other than that It was worst stay ,they screwd our vacation big time....if u wanna book, just make sure about facilities in call,and confirm ..bz they have habit of sending msgs and later denying about facilities

Don't think this is running currently. We couldn't find any building at the address provided. Upon calling them, we were redirected to another apartment 1.5km further out of town. We were too tired to look for another place, so went there. It was ok. But this listing is not accurate.

The staff were rude. They were so sweet and they told us that they will provide an alternate stay as the room we booked was not available. But they were so rude by the time of check in. The room was not ready by the time we arrived. But they asked us to pay the rent before checking in or cancel the booking. The room was not clean. Some bad smell and we have to buy a room freshener to continue the stay for the night.

The cleanliness and condition of the property, very well maintained. The property is nice but preety far from the main city. The rooms and beds were of good size and well maintained.
We ordered food at 9 pm, they said that they will serve the food but later at around 11 pm, when the food didn't arrive we followed up and they said that they can't serve the food because the staff is unavailable. This was ridiculous on their part since they dodn't even bother to inform us that they can't serve the food. Had there been no Swiggy/ Zomato, we would have had to sleep empty stomach. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE..!!!

Hi I book for an apartment And last moment they have given another apartment
What they did is not fare.. the alternative apartment they provided is not much clean..
the lift is too smelly..
the garbage was not removed from the door front
bathroom is not cleaned
kitchen is not cleaned
care taker was not there at the time of check in
Electricity was not there for hours
Care taker came at 10 pm for asking the money and he was drunk .. smell very badly.. please don’t do value to the guests.. it’s not a free service ..we are paying from our pocket
